If I could have given 0 stars I would have - my wife was locked out of the house and the guy charged $450, insisting that he couldn’t leave without replacing the entire lock. $175 for call out and $225 for a no-name brand lock I could have got from Home Depot a fraction of the cost. Absolutely furious...called to complain, someone took my number then never heard anything else.
