I have to admit I am totally shocked by the price I was just charged to have a very nice serviceman replace the deadbolt on my front door . When I called 2 hours earlier I heard numbers like $29 & $49 to see my total bill of $372 .... I understand everyone has to make money but $195 for the lockout and $185 for the new deadbolt ?? What were the $29 and $49 quotes for and obviously I did not expect to get into my house for $49 ... in the future give people a better idea of costs when they call .

Locked my keys in my car, found this sorry excuse for a business on first page of Google which is odd... Anyways called the guy who got me in touch with a technician who communicated they should be at my location in 30 minutes - the ad promised 15, the website promises 20. The technician didn't show up for two hours (claiming traffic issues) until I finally decided to call someone else. Not worth wasting your time as their charges are also super inflated.

The key to my house got stuck and wouldn’t open the door. I googled last min locksmith and this company popped up. I called at around midnight and someone picked up the phone quickly, before I knew it a technician was on his way and arrived within 20 mins and fixed my door lock in no time. Locksmith was nice and job was done quickly once he finally arrived. I called and set up a time to meet at lunch break due to not being able to come out from work otherwise. He was an hour late causing me to have someone to come be there when I had to go back to work after waiting around for nothing. Plus cost was more than estimate.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They use dummy accounts to leave fake reviews on here. They also charge very high. These reviews are fake. There's a news segment called Locksmith Rip offs. Look it up on YouTube. What a horrid business. Steer clear at all costs.

Great service, Called for my keys being locked in trunk of my car ,(Audi A4),Bob said he’d be there in 25 mins and believe it or not he was there in 25 min,very rare. Really fast, and helpful service .. I had to get our store lock changed last min because I have lost the last key we had. They came pretty fast under 15-20 min dealt the situation very fast so I could go home... got the discount also which is sweet. Bob arrived right on time to unlock our stubborn washroom door. Just within 15 minutes after we called he was right at our door. We had tried all YouTube videos to unlock the door by ourselves without any solution. Despite the damage we caused to our own door, Bob was all the time kind and gave us great advice not to try to DIY when door gets locked. He showed great professionalism, commitment, and experience. Pulled a dumbass moved and locked myself out of my car with the engine running. Took the locksmith over 20 minutes to respond (not show up) after my initial call, told me he'd be there in 25-30 minutes, every time I contacted him afterwards he was stuck in traffic (there was none, according to google maps), finally shows up 2 hours later, says "oh it's running eh? Sorry bro." After that it was a quick process, but it was 226 dollars, which seems exorbitant. All in all: not at all as speedy as they claim to be, pretty expensive, but I got into my car. Shop around a bit before giving them a call.

These guys work as follows: they tell you on the phone it will be like 50-60 bucks total, but it will "possibly be more" due to the types of tools the technician needs to use. So you ask them to come out and the technician will try to charge you close to 200$ hoping you'll pay because he's already there. HUGE SCAM. Just call a tow truck they'll do it for ~80$.

The tech was great but the person who answered the phone should be a bit more clear. They informed me it was $45 to open the door but when the tech showed up that price is the minimum...I was charged $180 to open it (3 minutes) The person answering the phones should be much clearer...

Bob explained the difference between the two lock sets we were interested in and gave his personal opinion on both. We were lucky he had the lock set we decided on in his van. The installation was very quick. We decided on a keypad type lock. He was very patient with us as we tried to key in our new code. We ran into a bit of a problem and he even took the time to call the supplier to walk us thru the final stage. I was ready to pack it in and go to a key entry lock set. Thanks Bob.
