One if the most friendly, customer service oriented staff. Kelly was amazing to deal with. Very passionate and enthusiastic. Really enjoyed the transaction. The delivery staff were very very careful and clean and polite and so nice. Delivered my super heavy safe without a scratch. It was a very very difficult installation. The local pizza delivery guy caused more damage to my walls. I am super happy with the product and staff. Thank you so much for everything.

Key cutting price too high - charged $18.00 to cut 1 Schlage Commercial/Residential key. Other key cutters charge around 10.00. The people are professional and good customer service.

I needed a copy of a rare key and I tried Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home depot... No one could make a copy of it except this location. Professional people work in there. They charged me $10 plus tax for a key cut but it is totally worth it, otherwise I would have to change the lock.

We visited the store and than 2 times sent emails with request to schedule an appointment to change locks on the door. But didn't get any response during the week. Never seen this type of services.
