We are in love with our new garage door! We've gotten so many compliments from neighbors and friends. We've even had people stop to inquire about David's services! Where do I begin? Before finding TBC Locksmith and Doors, we called a dozen garage door installers, all of which were either busy, did not answer the call, did not return our call, never showed up for their consultation. Feeling despaired, we found TBC online and decided to give them a call. David answered promptly and said he would visit us that evening after work. He showed up, was very polite and professional. He listened to what we wanted, gave us a quote, told us when he could deliver and install. In less than a week, our beautiful new garage door was installed!! The job was well done!!! Thank you David!!!

My key broke off in the lock to my apartment unexpectedly last night, and there was no getting it out on my own. I first called the locksmith my condo building recommended, but they said it would be up to three hours, and I really couldn't afford to wait that long if it could be helped at all. I tried a few different numbers for nearby locksmiths, and since TBC said they could be there in 20-30 minutes, I went with them. They actually arrived within less than fifteen minutes, and then completed the job within about 5-10 minutes, and were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous the entire time. Not only that, but the amount they charged for the emergency call (this was rather outside business hours) was lower than the quote I got from the folks who said they'd be three hours. TBC will definitely be my go-to locksmith for anything in the future!

I had an issue with my front door lock as I could not lock my door. I called TBC locksmith and doors and they were able to come and fix it that same day. I was offered two options: 1 ) to fix the lock or 2) to replace the lock. I told them that I would like to replace it, but was really worried because I needed to be able to use the same key.
