I have no doubt now, why a fellow from my work recommended Royal Car Keys! :) I have contacted a locksmith company in the area to fix/replace my key which couldn't properly start the vehicle. The technician (from the first company I hired) spent over one hour trying to resolve the issue and couldn't come up with a solution. I paid the guy for the service call and he left. Next day I called Royal Car Keys and booked an appointment same day. The technician I met , really knew what he was doing. My car needed a whole ignition replacement. Within a short talk, the new ignition was replaced in minutes. I also got two sets of keys for my car (which work perfect). The technician who served my vehicle was very polite and professional. I went to the address on Speers Road in Oakville Ont and the business did not exist at that location. This kind of raises red flags: then when you call the business number and it redirects you to another number; another red flad. Not sure of this is a legitimate businees . A person did call me back even though I did not leave a message and the call display came up as ' KEY GUY'. I questioned him why the business did not exist at the location and he said they are mobile. I did not like the other answers to my questions nor the price he quoted. Be wary, and ask good questions before you use this person for key service. Judging by other the reviews it seems like this person does good work. Just not a fit for me. Google Ad should be updated to reflect that its a mobile business and has no fixed address.

When I called him again I told him I'd be on my way but then I found someone better/cheaper. I told him this & he cursed & yelled that he came to the location for no reason then hung up the phone. Bought a used 2012 Miata that came with one key.( note to self negotiate for a second key before signing and deposit). Royal sourced a used fob, programed with my existing fob and cut the key. All functions work as expected. The price is well below that of a Mazda dealer, even below a non programmed fob from them. Royal seems knowledgeable on the options available for my vehicle and I would recommend them.

Highly recommend the service! The key fobs however, were quite pricey considering you can order them from Amazon and have them delivered for 27% the price of what I paid. That said, nearly half of what the dealership was charging! Other than that, very satisfied and would recommend to everyone.

Needed a spare set of keys for my 2010 Ford Edge. Dealer wanted $250.00 ... Called Royal and quoted 125.00. Met Ron in Mississauga ten minutes later had my key done. Great fast and friendly service. Compering to the other locksmith companies that there prices are starting from $120 and when the guy showed up he quoted me 5 times more than the price that they quoted me originally over the phone. So diffidently if you need any locksmith services use Royal car keys.

I ordered a key from amazon (as I thought the deal was very good) and booked an appointment to program the key to my 2017 Dodge Caravan. Ron was able to program the key without an issue , but the key was causing problems (sometimes starting the car and sometimes not). Ron said I need a new key. I got a new key programmed from Ron and fixed my issue. Problem is solved.! Being said, I wouldn't waste my time in the future to purchase a key from Amazon/Ebay (just to save a couple $$). I would contact a reliable and professional tech like Ron. They stand behind their service, quality and professionalism. Also they have warranty. I Highly recommend.

Came out to meet me. Programed the fobs I had. One fob caused an issue, locksmith tried several times to program it in a methodic way. Didn't work but he explained how he had tried to program it and why it did not appear to work, which I appreciated. The one he did get working works perfectly though. I was having intermittent issues with my Dodge 2013 key until it finally failed Sept 14 2019. I called the dealer in Mississauga and they quoted me just over $300 for 1 key and programming. I asked if they could fit me in same day. They said they are currently booking appointments for Sept 20. I did a quick google search and called Ron at Royal. Ron not only had availability, SAME DAY, he programmed up 2 keys for me and was still less than my dealer’s $300 for 1 key with a week’s wait time.
