I lost my keys including my mailbox key. I live in an apartment so trying to get into the block of boxes myself was not an option. Robert was incredibly helpful, very pleasant and understanding. I will be visiting the shop itself to get some spare keys cut as I know I can trust their work and their fair prices.

I didn’t use their services but I was looking for a locksmith relatively late at night when most places were already closed. I knew it was a long shot but I messaged them on google maps chat to inquire about whether they were open on a specific day and time and they said due to covid, some things have changed and it unfortunately did not line up with my schedule, but the person I was chatting with offered some ideas on other places that msg have the services during the time I wanted. It was very helpful even though I couldn’t give them the business. If I need a locksmith in the future, I would consider going to this place because customer service was so good this time.

Well they done the job and I I happy with that. But the person never told me a cost upfront which I asked at the start. He said he will call back but never did. Eventually I tried to call them several times and was not able to get a status of the job. So i passed by. It turned out that they fixed my item. But the charge was a bit high. So it's 3-4 stars level only

Reasonable prices for standard services though make sure you ask how much “keys” will cost as it seems to be an extra. Prices are never “all inclusive”, please do your due diligence and ensure you ask about the specifics of pricing and costs related to all aspects of what you need completed.
