Got a basic all metal key for my kawasaki with $5.55 after tax. Quick and nice service! One star to improve is I think only cash payment do rounding and I paid with credit card. Detail determines quality service.

Just bought a house with do not duplicate keys and was looking for a locksmith to get me an extra copy for my kid. This company just tried to convince me that I should change all the locks throughout the property (because the unassuming retirees I just bought from might have kept a copy for the nefarious purpose of breaking back into the house after I've moved in). Then quoted me over $400 to make me 3 keys - not sure of this included lock replacement or not. I called an ethical locksmith right after that and was told that as long as i could prove I own the locks, copies would be issued. I bought the lock ownership certificate with the house amd the key copy cost $3.85, so, in my opinnion this company tried to scam me when quoting over $400.

Things have changed. I once used this service all the time and they were reliable, professional and prompt. We have an account with them now and I regret it. They do not provide 24 hour service and it can take days for them to come out. On one occasion, the locksmith called me to inflate the price previously quoted by more than a 1/3, I had already waited for them for more than 24 hours, so I paid it. Having an account with them seems to mean poorer service and unreliable pricing.

I called Lock-Up Services Inc. to look at a door that had previously been repaired by another company. Although the other company installed a new lock, the door continued to be difficult to lock and unlock for my elderly uncle. From the moment I contacted Lock-Up, everything was handled promptly, professionally and properly. They showed up at the stated time, and immediately knew what the problem was. Not only did they fix the problem, they made sure all parts of locking/unlocking were working. They noticed that the extra keys we had were not quite right, so they also cut new keys to ensure locking and unlocking the door worked smoothly. I would highly recommend Lock-Up Services Inc.

Hands down the best experience I have had with this type of service. I just moved with my wife to a new townhouse in the area, and I inquired about changing locks over the phone. Most places of service like this would be annoyed at my questions over the phone as they are usually busy, but Lock-up Services was kind, attentive, and extremely pleasurable - they also answered all my questions. As soon as I got home, I took in my lock cylinders and keys, and had new locks and keys cut, in a matter of minutes. They also helped alleviate stress by allowing me to complete a minor but extremely important task among the hundreds on our minds during a move. The prices were extremely fair, and I would recommend this services for all your lock and key cutting needs ten-fold. Thank you

Strongly advise to look elsewhere, they make you pay before you get your key replaced and didn't work, very shady horrible customer service, plenty of other good competitors.
