Ran into an issue programming the new key for my 2010 Acura MDX because of my remote starter but he was diligent in troubleshooting the issue without affecting the programming on the starter. The employees are very friendly and I would recommend their service hands down.

Very, very bad service!! I left a message. No answer. Called them 5 hours later. No answer. At evening they returned me call and promised to schedule time. 48 hours still no result. I'M NOT GONA DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE! Do not trust thornhill Locksmith in Richmond Hill at all. Period. Anyway what kind of name they have they have thornhill inside Richmond hill . Not recommended.
