We paid the service fee and refused to take the service for the extremely unreasonable price that he mentioned. Finally we opened the door on our own with a simple plastic strip. I would suggest anyone to stay away from this scam like scenario.

If you do a reverse image of most 4-5 stars review you find out the picture is different people so tgis company are making fake review. Poor service, with fake adresse, will over charge you. I am not the competitor.

I was quoted $160 on the phone. A $10 service fee was not even mentioned until the locksmith charged me. A $60 fee for lock removal was not mentioned and the office just said it’s best I don’t remove them myself ahead of time as I may damage them. They knew that was needed in the job but did not include it in the $160 quote on the phone, but the locksmith asked for it after the work was done. The locksmith they sent was not friendly nor did he go above and beyond. We clearly mentioned a key refitting at the beginning of him working but he kept going until all locks were on and we mentioned it again and he had to take an extra 45 minutes to take the locks off again and rekey them. I also asked him to change the lock plate for the newer one that came with the lock and he didn’t want to change it even thought the old one was painted over and old. He did not change it because he said it looked fine and the newer one was bigger. Well now the automatic lock doesn’t close properly and we have file away and get the bigger one on ourselves.

This company is total ROBBERY! THEY told me it's $10 to come out and $49-$89 depending on the lock. They came out opened the lock, charged $100 and then told me it's another $200 for the lock. BEWARE, this "company" is one of many FAKE LOCKSMITHS operating in Toronto. Look up their address, it's just a shady convenience store. They will take 1-2 hours to arrive since they're coming from nowhere and charge you 4 times what they quote you on the phone. PLEASE DON'T GET ROBBED BY THEM.

I had a broken lock and could not use my door. They were here within hours of my call. They installed a new doorknob and lock and arrived with the extra keys I requested. They did a great job of installing the lock and then tested the door and every key to be certain everything was working well. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent.
