I purchased a set of replacement remotes from Jay. He came out to meet me and did it on site in my parking lot The fobs worked great. Sadly, one of the key chains plastic hardware was not secure and it fell apart and I have no way to secure it to my keys. I contacted Jay in hopes of resolving this issue either through a repair or replacement and was accused of negligence and "trying to get something for free" and that it's not his responsibility. After much debate, and in response to my critical google review, Jay agreed to resolve the issue. I requested that it be done by the end of the week Sunday, Jay agreed. The week came and went, and on Sunday afternoon Jay called to make last minute arrangements to come and see me, however I was unavailable. Bottom line, great keys, good upfront service, seriously lacking in after sale service.

You guys remember that show called Rescue Heros? These guys are one of them. My key was completely broken to the point where I couldn't even start my car. Called Krazy Keyz, and Jay came through like a good friend with ice cream when your fave team looses the finals. Oh yeah, and these guys actually COME to you. I was stuck on the road and couldn't exactly leave my car. Jay came to the rescue. And their prices? Awesome. They don't take advantage of you like some folks (I'm looking at you tow truck drivers). These guys quote you a fair price from the start and keep that price till the end. They don't suddenly tack on fees from the heavens to throw you in debt hell. I thought, based on your reviews of top notch professionalism and because you classify as “Emergency service “ providers , the service would have bean great like other customers recommend you(in your reviews). I just used these guys to cut me two new keys for my work truck since I had lost my original key. I just google searched and the name clicked on me to call this one. They said that someone will be coming less then 30 minutes. 5 minutes before the due time of the arrival they called me saying that we are running late couple of minutes and that's exactly what happened 5 minutes later the amazing technician came.i asked him to tell me if my key had a chip inside and he said yes.I asked him to give me the final price upfront and he did and the same price he gave me upfront the same price remained at the end. It did take him more time then I thought it would take but this was my first time experiencing this kind of work. He did make me the new key and I also requested to make me another extra key at the same time. Everything went beyond my expectations and I'm absolutely thrilled how professional the technician was. An amazing attitude precisy skills and very honest person. I really do recommend this company very highly. If you want fast response good price straight forward estimate upfront and quality work for any type of vehicle that you might need a key cut this is the very first choice to go with. I hope I will not need their help anymore LOL because I will have to spend money but if I do need their services or any of the people I know will need this type of work done I will absolutely make sure to call back the same guys. Great experience!! I have a sophisticated vehicle and no one was able to get the remote done except for this guy. Initially the key didn’t work and I went back twice the third time I went he even replaced the remote and it worked. Jay definitely went above and beyond to make it happen.
