Tyler came by to my house and helped open the door after the key broke inside. The house is a new build and he showed me how the workmanship on it was shoddy and designed to fail. He secured my home and gave me pice of mind. He also added a lock on my sliding back door which was also installed incorrectly. We are very happy with the company and the technician Jonas. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our house because the garage door remote was not working. It was a cold night around 9:30pm and we were standing outside our house in desperate needs for help. The client service rep at Integrum picked up the phone promptly and carefully asked us about our situation. The lady told us a technician will be in touch in a couple of minutes and that was exactly what happened! Jonas was very helpful over the phone and discussed potentially solutions with us. He hit the road immediately to our house and also let us knew the ETA. We were very impressed by the level of professionalism of Jonas as well as the prompt responses we received throughout the process. We didn't end up using their service because we somehow managed to get the remote working again while waiting.
