After calling my car dealership, CAA, and some other locksmiths, I called GTA Lockman to help me as my car keys were locked in my trunk. The dealership tried to make me buy a new key, CAA couldn't unlock my trunk, and other locksmiths' services costed a little too much. Who has ever heard of someone accidently getting "locked in" their condo ?? Well we did this morning because the deadbolt decided to jam. After the superintendent managed to unscrew the lock and free us we were left with a door with no security. I found GTA Lockman Mobile Locksmith Services on HomeStars and gave them a call. Have you ever had one of those days where locking yourself out of your own bedroom was not the worst part of it? I had one of those days today and dealing with a locksmith was the last thing I wanted to be doing. Having said that, let me tell you that Lockman was so easy to deal with and their response time was under 15 minutes to my location. My door was opened quickly and at a very reasonable rate considering it was on a Sunday. I hope I never have to see them again anytime soon.

Great service on installation. 4 locks were installed. Called company 7 months later, as the lock on my master bedroom door was not engaging with the door frame. Service charge of $75 was applied, although as a customer I felt the whole lock system should have worked atleast for a year. Though it was explained it wasn’t an issue with the lock itself but the engaging process with the door frame, I’m not satisfied that I had to pay for functioning service, that I would have expected to be covered. I will not be going back to this company for lock services.
