It was great working with Fenster! From the moment of contact through Messenger the communication was open and the response quick and the answers clear. Finding the place as a little odd with the numbering of the buildings units; however within 30 minutes of getting there (having to wait a little as another customer was being served), I was out of there with my clean and new fob for my vehicle which matched the original and it worked great even with the remote start! Best of all the price was 3 times less than the Dealership’s price! A good find for me on Facebook marketplace!

They setup a key fob for less than half the price my dealership was quoting me. Also got the special OEM key fob ordered and into their office in less than 2 days. When I went there to have it programmed and cut, they did it in less than 15 minutes. In comparison, my dealership would have taken 2 weeks to get the key in and 2 hours to program and cut. Get your key fobs done here instead of your price gouging dealerships.

Working with David was a nice, friendly experience. I need 2 keys fixed for my Honda Civic and he was able to get it done for $150, within the hour I arrived. He has 2 machines that can cut your key and various shells to support whatever key you have (works with various brands, see back of business card in photos). He was very kind, laid back and very welcoming when I arrived to his office. The only recommendation I would have is to give yourself at least a half hour in case the machine he uses to fix your key doesn't cooperate. It wasn't working initially with me when I got my keys done but I was out of there within 45 mins.

They have horrible customer service and they are very rude. The dont provide the original car fob keys even after you request it and pay the price for it. I can assure you that all the good reviews are fake. If you need a new car fob it is better off bringing your business somewhere else. They ended up fixing my car key fob and then also making a new one which they charged me for. Once agian I advise that you dint go to this place as they are no good.

Got a price quote off of Facebook ad. Customer service was great -- quick response time, quick quote. Called and drove in. New key got made in less than 30 minutes as promised. Only one minor setback was that they didn't have the OEM key in stock so I had to get the aftermarket version even though I'd have preferred the OEM. So, make sure you specifically ask about OEM versus aftermarket part is in-stock or not before driving in.

This has been a journey for me and trying to find someone to reprogram/copy a key for my car for me. Ron at Fenster Car Key Lab definitely knows what he is doing and is definitely the man to go to for your Car Key problems. I have an Imported Japanese Toyota/Lexus car (sold as a Lexus in North America but as a Toyota in Japan) that originally came with 2 keys; an original master which was able to open the trunk/glove box and had lock and unlock buttons on it on, and a spare valet key that would only unlock/lock the doors by inserting it into the keyhole in the door but would not work for the trunk or glove box. The original Master Key case had broken and I had lost the chip from the inside which had the lock/unlock buttons on it as well as the chip that spoke to the immobilizer in the car. The only working key I had now was the Spare Valet key. This was in 2018. I spent the rest of 2018 going to different Toyota and Lexus dealerships which all wanted to charge $300 for the chip, but would not reprogram it for me due to my car not having a VIN. Japanese cars did not come with North American recognizable VINs. I probably gave a handful of different locksmiths a call at the starting of spring for 2019 and 2020, but nobody could guarantee that their service will actually work with reprogramming another key to my car. I felt like I had actually given up and was going to be stuck with 1 valet key for the remainder of my time with this car. I gave google another shot in April 2021, and Fenster Car Key Lab was the first Locksmith who showed up that I didn't recognize and so I gave them a call. I spoke to Ron and with no doubt in his voice, told me to bring the car in. Ron was able to cut me a new master key which worked on the doors/trunk/glove box, as well as reprogrammed a new key for me that works for driving the car along with lock and unlock buttons. Words cannot describe how it felt to finally have another key for my car, and the confidence of Ron during the entire process was completely reassuring too. I have no idea how Ron is able to do what he is able to do at the prices that he does, but he most definitely knows what he is doing and is the man to go to for your Car Key Problems/Programming whether you own a domestic car or an import. He will beat out any dealership prices, and will do it with a lot less stress than the dealership as well. I didn't have to hand my car over to Ron and wait for him to come back as it probably would have been with a dealership. Ron let me sit next to him in the car the entire time and as much as I didn't know what he was doing with his equipment, he talked me through the entire process. Fenster Car Key Lab is the one and only Car Key Specialist you will need to go to.

So glad I found this shop! I was down to 1fob for my Cadillac CTS and I swapped out the battery and afterwards it didn't work properly. I messaged David and he quoted me a price. When I arrived at his shop I was able to get 2 fobs programmed to the car and keys cut in under an hour. I will definitely be calling there if I need to replace a key. Very friendly great service and fantastic price.

I spoke to Ron who is the owner of this business to have a spare replacement key made for my vehicle. He went above & beyond to provide me service on a Saturday even though he's currently closed on weekends. I've called several other auto locksmiths who claim to provide "excellent service" but they did not call me back in a timely manner nor did they seem to be too concerned with their delays in returning my calls or providing me with a replacement car key. If you want honesty, great quality and timely service then please contact Fenster and ask for Ron. My key was made and tested all within 1/2hr. So glad that I located this business!

Highly Recommend. I saw them on Facebook and i spoke to Sharon for a replacement key and a remote for my 2008 Toyota Sequoia. What so amazing is that the remote that i got was way better than my Original remote. The range to lock and unlock my car is way farther than my original remote. I send him a picture of the fab I wanted to match and within moments I had a quote back. My wife went by the store and true to his word she had the fab, key cut, and programmed in about 1/2 hour. Had an experience where I lost both sets ok keys for my 2019 GMC Terrain. Had 2 guys look at the truck saying it was not possible to program a key unless going to the dealer. But when David called, he said we were already doing better with him on my side & most likely he could do the job. Sure enough, half hour after David had came to do the job, it was completed. No hesitation & very condiment in his work. I am very impressed by the quality of work. Pricing could use some work.

Went in for a key and fob for a 2004 Toyata Camry. Was given a quote of $500 at the Toyota dealership. Fenster Car Key Lab did it for $140 in under 20 minutes. Overall really happy with the service and price.

My wife and I drove over an hour to get there and was immediately met by staff. I had been contacting them via Facebook to get prices and availability. They managed to make and program two keys for my Suzuki SX4 when no one else could. They took no more than a half hour and stuck by the price I was given. Their price for two keys was still less than half of the price from the dealership for just one key. I would most definitely recommend them and I cannot thank them enough for their service and workmanship.
