worst agency ever, they guarantee employment but then they forget the persons name, i called Ramandeep few months ago, he is very unprofessional and he don’t know how to talk. He never helped my anyone for the CPR training which is free for next renewal. Worst worst worst and very rude. not recommended at all. looters in brampton.

Your security officer Rajan was very unprofessional and very rude at forks of credit park today around 5 pm . She yelled at us and swore at me when we stopped by her to confirm if park was open or not , i just turned into entrance to ask the security and she was mad beacause i made turn , i simply told her not to be so rude because it is her job to direct people and give them information . When i asked her name her words were " you can complain to anyone you want" . I hope you guys take an action or atleast inquire so that your agency reputation doesnt get ruined. Thanks

I have a great experience from the getting my security guard licence to get a job in Canada Security Guard. Raman manager at the Brampton office, he is very kind and helpful. He help the security guards and new comers regarding their any concerns or problems, and guide them for their job duties at the work site. Canada Guard security always provide professional training to their security guard, and new graduates.

Let’s be honest regarding this company, when I came here for training then they were very nice, even they guarantee the job but they show true colours after you get your licence, I called them so many times for job before but they always disconnect the call and unfortunately I got a job from Mississauga branch(bad luck), after 1.5 month I quit my job because it was not worth for me(only 6 hours a day from Brampton to Hamilton with no travelling hours), so I called my HR in Mississauga office to return my uniform to get my money refund, but then I came to know that he also left the job and he told me to go Brampton office. I called Brampton office and the guy told me to come to return the uniform, I I went there after some days. When I told him that I am here to return the uniform , and he was like do you work with Canada guard ? Come one man you are a HR, you should have records. Ramandeep Randhawa(HR) was so unprofessional and disrespectful, even he said me so many words that I can’t mention in my review. So guys if you want to save your money and time + you want to get some respectful job , then avoid this office. Not recommend at all. Nobody is going to listen to you when it comes to job but during training period, this guy will be very respectful to you. All the five star reviews are fake because they ask everyone to give five star review.

Canada Guard is a very good and reputed company and we guards which are appointed are punctual and humble and courteous in handling any work it is allotted to us. I am working in the Mall at Brampton and I do my work Professionally not letting any body walk in without mask as per instruction in vogue. I am always available when inspection is carried out at my work place. I would like other members of the public to join Canada guard because it is a reputed company and has good name and providing good Guards.
