Bill's Lock Service know their locks. Customer service of the highest caliber. Quick and friendly service. Being a real estate sales rep I don't have time to waste. Never going back to home depot to cut a key. Gave them a chance twice and they failed both times.

I got my office keys cut at Bill's at a very reasonable price. Both new copies didn't work but Alex was super helpful and didn't just fix them but also gave me an extra 2 copies just in case. He also explained exactly what happened to cause the issue...the keys looked identical to the old one but there was a tiny ridge in between that didn't get transferred right. All 4 of the copies worked and they refused to get paid for the extras. Will definitely go back to them in future.

I've used a couple locksmiths over the past few years and each time I've called, I've been shaken down for a higher cash payment over the quoted amount. Curtis from Bill's Lock Service was on time, professional and only charged the amount quoted, even after investigating whether a new plate would work with the key fob system at our office and replacing the lock.
