One of the best in town. Called them in the morning, got an appointment for 2 to 3. He showed up on time, checked the lock and told me the lock has no problem. He fixed the door and even changed the pins of the lock to make the keys go smoother in it. He could have told me to change the lock and I would have accepted it, but he didn't. He simply did what was best for me and not to charge me unnecessarily. I am impressed by their service and their honesty and would definitely use their service in the future and I do recommend them full heartedly.

A to Z was easy to book, punctual and even started his day early to accommodate my busy schedule. A To Z Locksmith Services (Roman) did an amazing job. I hired him to to replace an old key lock on an inside door with a new Yale touch pad combination lock. On the phone Roman listened carefully to what I needed. He arrived fully prepared with the right parts & equipment, on time, and he completed the job in the time frame & at the cost we discussed before hand. Roman was polite, respectful, friendly & easy to deal with. He certainly had the needed skills, because he was able to deal very, very easily with problems posed by a wonky door and the poor Installation of the original lock. When he left the work site was clean, the door worked the way it always should have & the new lock worked perfectly. Even so, Roman took pains to assure me that if any problems cropped up later, I could call & he would happily come back. I never had to & I'm a very happy customer.

When I moved into my new house, I wanted to replace all existing locks, add door latches and fix several existing door handles. I contacted several locksmiths, Roman gave me some great options and tips and we agreed on the installations that were needed.
