I had called a few other places but decided to shop around when I'd found the dispatchers a bit rude. When I called Pop-A-Lock the dispatcher was very courteous and gave me a quote and timing (25 minutes). When I further explained that I had not just simply locked my keys in my car and that I was having a mechanical problem with my automatic locks, the dispatcher explained that my problem would require a more experienced technician and gave me another time (1 hour). He explained that a more complicated service would be a higher quote, but that if didn't take that long, I'd only be charged for the standard service. I appreciated his upfrontness about the pricing. The technician Nic arrived in about an hour and gave me a call to meet me at my car. He was very polite and friendly. It was very cold out and he suggested I wait in the lobby and he would come get me when he was done. But he quickly was able to get my doors unlocked and we resolved the issue with my automatic switches. Thank you Nic for helping me out and for keeping a great smile on even though its so cold out!

They went above and beyond and even noticed my tire was flat and filled it up for me so I could drive it to the tire shop, which I thought was really kind. From a prompt response to my phone call to honest assessments of the damage, the service was extremely approachable, professional, transparent and timely. Can’t say anything but good things about this company. We never worked with them before. We needed to replace 5 door locks with Schlage Smart Connect locks. Natasha was great. Professional. Honest. As soon as she showed up she broke down the costs. She went the extra mile to make us very happy. The job was a little more complicated due to the type of doors we have and required her to go pickup some additional bits she needed. So thrilled! Lost my key for my bike.The mfg. said they couldn't cut a key (even though I have the key tag with the key number) and wanted to charge me almost $500 for a new lock asembly. I've used them twice for 2 different cars to get a second set of keys complete with Fob. Had a great experience in communication and response time, the techs were so great and friendly, everything was done super quickly and they came to my work and did it on my lunch hour both times. Even with a Mitsu which a few places I called couldn't handle (as it requires some sort of computer unlock), they had no issue. Highly recommended.

Price could not be beat and walked me through why the dealership price was cheaper for a key make. Turns out the dealership only quotes the price for the key they wont tell you that there is programming and other costs associated with the key until AFTER the job is done.
