Reasonably priced, reliable, easy to work with. My experience with Locksmith Care changing two locks was fantastic. I booked through Dimitar who gave me a quote based on pictures I sent him. He was able to fit me in within a few days, fitting my schedule nicely. Rado was the locksmith who attended and he was friendly, really helpful, and was quick. He was patient and showed me the options for the new locks, letting me take my time to choose. He explained every step of the process and made sure I was able to use the locks properly and understood why they were installed the way they were. There was no upselling and everything matched the quote (I did opt for a different lock than the original quote so there was an extra charge but it was my decision and very transparent). My biggest criteria in picking a locksmith was trust and Rado was very reassuring. He even checked out another lock I was experiencing difficulty with and while there wasn't anything he could do given how it was manufactured, he gave me tips on how to use it more effectively. I'd definitely use them again.

Dimitar came by today and quickly and efficiently changed a lock, installed a digital lock and made me extra keys. He took the time to move a curtain rod and reattach it above the lock and demo the new digital lock for me. Then I asked him to take a look at a problem Pella lock on my French doors. He suggested the lock mechanism was worn and I would need Pella to fix it. Despite that he took a look at it, did some drilling, some spraying and 15 mintues later, it was working smoothly. Then he asked for a broom to clean up the wood shavings he made! Also advised that as soon as it stiffens again (this was the 2nd time in a year), I contact Pella to get it replaced. And then he didn't charge me for the Pella work. Clearly he takes pride in his work and having a satisfied customer. Price was very good for all he did and how he did it! Thanks, again Dimitar. I'll definitely call you back if I need any more work done.

Nothing but positive things to say about Mike and Kelly. I agree with other reviewers when they say that they are fast, courteous, and know their locks. I would add that they do excellent work. The lock to my front door broke leaving me locked out. After talking to Mike on the phone and texting him a picture of the broken lock, he gave me both best and worst case scenarios. Fortunately, he was able to get in without having to destroy the lock and we were going to be closer to the best case scenario. I was impressed with his responsiveness, speed, and the quality of his work. Hopefully, I will not need his services again. But if I ever do need a locksmith, he will be my first call.

I've used Dimitry before and really enjoy his services. I had to cancel my first appointment with him and he was totally understanding of my situation. When I phoned to rebook he tried to fit me in with a time that worked for me. My service call was to install a new keyless lock for the shed and rekey my boiler room. Incredibly rude. I called and politely asked if he could copy a certain type of key. He told me to just go to Home Depot or Canadian Tire (they couldn't copy it) and accused me of calling him five times. I called him that one and only time. Please, don't even bother calling him. Call a different locksmith. Edit: I've tried to add a screen shot of my call log and it keeps getting deleted.

Dimitar is awesome! I called him in a semi panic, I explained the situation to him. He carefully took the time to tell me his thoughts on the situation and the possible outcomes. He told me his schedule and we both knew my job would take a chunk of time and he wouldn't be able to fit it between his appointments for that same day. I am at a business location that has no parking and very difficult one-way street bike lane on our side access. We had to do the work after hours. He came exactly on time and whipped through a very difficult job (had to cut the lock to bits). when he was done there was a new lock with keys, codes, and instructions in a spot you couldn't even tell was a disaster zone an hour before. Very happy with the work and the pricing was fair.

Contacted Dimitri at Locksmith Care when my push-button lock froze and I was locked out. He responded immediately. I was able to get into my home but with the lock still having problems Dimitri helped to source a replacement lock which was quite difficult to find. He scheduled an appointment at my convenience. When the weather warmed up significantly and the lock "unfroze" and was working properly I contacted Dimitri to let him know the new lock was not needed after all. Even though he had sourced and paid for the lock he told me he could return it and that there would be no charge. Even though I offered to pay him for his time he would not take any payment. He quickly and efficiently changed the locks and also had me try the original key to ensure it no longer worked, giving myself peace of mind. We were able to get an estimate and schedule the work promptly via email. Very rude, ignorant man answering the phone. Called ahead of time knowing full well that I needed to open my store at eight am, called at seven to ensure that someone could meet me there and unlock the door so my day started off, somewhat right and he was so super rude asking me why I would call ahead of time, when I told him it was to make sure someone was available to meet me there he was ignorant. When I called a SECOND time to ask for a quote or a ball park estimate of price so I could take out some cash he asked why I was calling him so much, told me I had called him five or six times, told me he was “trying not to be rude” but I should “look for someone else” if I was going to call him so much ? LOL I CALLED TWICE BUDDY. Honestly, don’t waste your time. This guys a JOKE.

Left my keys in a coat at a friends house after a night of drinking. Joseph came to my house at 2am, couldn't open my front door OR side door. He asked if I had been drinking which is irrelevant then told me next option is to drill it open. I asked him how many doors has he successfully opened and he took offense to this! Told me to try and open the door then he hopped in his car n left at 2:30am!! Called Bradshaw's Mobile Locksmith and they opened my front door for me!! Unprofessional!! Would NEVER recommend.

This guy is awesome! Professional, courteous, punctual. If you need locksmith services, do yourself a favour; call him! I tried to fix a lock that my daughter tried to 'pick' by myself, and just made some additional work for Dimitar. Still he managed to unjam it in record time. Next time, I'm just going to call a professional. In fact, next time, rather than try and do anything involving locks by myself, I"m just going to save time and let him do it.

Called for service on a broken door handle on our front door. To save us money, the locksmith had me email a picture of the lock, and then called to carefully take me through the steps to repair it myself. The repair, although it took awhile to do since I was not familiar with repairing locks, was a success.
