I found myself in quite a predicament when I lost my key after a couple pints. I wasn't going to be back home until Father's day, so I reached out to Roman thinking there was a 50/50 chance that they might be able to help. Not only was he extremely transparent with upfront cost ($100 for the deadbolt ), he had his technician over within an hour and a half and they called me 10 minutes before to confirm that I would be home, so no waiting! Can't say enough good things about Roman and his team. Keep up the great work, and for those looking for a solid locksmith, look no further. These are your dudes! Thank you very much team. It was 3am on December 26, it was minus 15 degrees outside and I needed access to my neighbor's home to turn off their smoke detector. Everything, I mean everything was taken care of by Roman. I was locked out of my condo and needed a locksmith. After watching the CBC Marketplace expose on the Toronto locksmith industry, and some unpleasant experiences calling other locksmith companies, I was eager to get someone legit and honest. Fortunately, a friend of mine gave me Roman's number - they had used GR Locksmith to repair the lock on their new home. I called Roman and he was there quickly. Not only did he do his due diligence and confirm the address was mine, but he was clear in what he was going to do, and extremely fast in doing it. His pricing is extremely fair and he offers payment options through cash, debit, and credit. I don't feel that I was ripped off, and I'm grateful that I could work with someone so professional! I honestly never write reviews but Roman went above and beyond. I called last minute requesting a locksmith because I had a tenant who was moving out (tenant from hell) and I needed to change all the locks. I asked if he could squeeze me in, Roman said of course he could and told me he would arrive at 11:30. We discussed how many locks I wanted him to change and I asked if he could also assist me with changing the code for the garage. He came and was early, introduced himself and changed all the locks and asked if I had the garage opener, I told him the tenant said he lost it and he said just in case, he would reprogram it as an extra precaution. He showed me how to do it case I ever had to do it again. He than asked me if all the windows were closed in the house and advised not to leave them open. He also gave me some great advise about renting. He than walked around the house with me to make sure all the windows were locked. Roman locked all of the unlocked windows. One of the upstairs bedroom windows were slightly broken, which he fixed for me. He was so honest, genuinely caring and I could not have asked for a better locksmith. God bless you Roman. Thank you for taking the time to help me. Roman’s prices are also so affordable! I must have called a minimum of 12 locksmiths before I called him and his price was by far the most affordable. He’s really such a kind human. If I ever need a locksmith again, I’ll call without hesitation. Thanks Roman!! If I could give you a million stars I would.

All three of my kids are disabled and have trouble opening the door so that’s why we needed to fix the door and add the digital lock to make it easier for them to open/close the door independently. Front door latch broke, locking me out on a Saturday night at 1130pm. Called GR Locksmith, Roman was here in 30min and popped open the front door in 15min! Even removed the mechanism to see what the issue was, and gave me advice on contacting my property management board to see if the costs might be covered. Cost was exactly what was quoted over the phone. Fast, professional service!

I found myself in quite a predicament when I lost my key after a couple pints. I wasn't going to be back home until Father's day, so I reached out to Roman thinking there was a 50/50 chance that they might be able to help. Not only was he extremely transparent with upfront cost ($100 for the deadbolt ), he had his technician over within an hour and a half and they called me 10 minutes before to confirm that I would be home, so no waiting! Can't say enough good things about Roman and his team. Keep up the great work, and for those looking for a solid locksmith, look no further. These are your dudes! Thank you very much team. I must note as well, although he didn't have to, Roman's tech (my apologies if I knew your name I'd give you a shoutout!) drove me to the bank and home! Disclaimer: I'm sure they don't always offer the limo service, but damn was it appreciated in this case.
