Very helpful and quick. Helped to fix a broken latch from an old lock piece. Very knowledgeable and had a spare part for something old and obscure. Prices are reasonable too!

Great advice. The locksmith immediately recognized a broken dead bolt lock set and advised not to re use it. Will go back to them again if needed.

Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Customer service this good is unfortunately a rarity these days. I would recommend these guys to anybody in the Peterborough area (or beyond) as your top choice for all of your locksmith needs. They helped me to diagnose and replace a worn out ignition cylinder in an '86 Dodge camper van. For the record, I have no personal connection to any of the employees there nor have I ever felt inclined to post an online review for anything before now. Thanks again to Greg and staff! (sorry - I never caught the other guys name who also helped me out)

Needed a spare door key cut for the work van, called up, was super knowledgable and friendly. W went down to the sho, had the keys cut, tested and on with the day. Highly reccomend!

So we got locked out of our house by a malfunctioning electronic lock. I called one company and got voicemail. I then called French Locksmiths and a very, friendly Gareth answered my panicked call. Yesterday, the door knob and whole assembly died on my Mom's front door. This morning, after doing some research, I decided to call Les French Locksmiths as they seemed to be the best one in Peterborough. Initially when I called, the gentleman said it would be Monday before a Locksmith could come. When I expressed my concern over the lack of security the door currently provided, he kindly arranged for someone to come this afternoon. Not long into the afternoon, Corey (I hope I spelled it right!) called to say he was on his way. When he arrived, Corey was friendly, very easy to talk to (loves dogs, which was good as my Mom's was all over him most of the time he was there), professional, upfront with options and costs involved. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice, and it was one that he was able to implement immediately. Having never had to call a Locksmith before, I was nervous about making the right choice, and I certainly did. I would not hesitate to use Les French Locksmiths again in the future or recommend them to anyone I know. If I ever do, hopefully Corey will be available! Thanks again Corey!
