My elderly mother required a lock box. After purchasing her one at Durham Regional Locksmith...we found almost the same thing at Home depot at almost half the price. It also was very difficult for her Homecare service to figure out how to set it. It did not fit on the lock they wanted to attach it to. They were forced to attach it differently making it almost not worth doing. Very sad.

I find it completely unacceptable that your company hogs the use of the 1 hour street parking for a whole day repeatedly when you are fully aware that there are very elderly people using the business beside you. Most of those people are so elderly in fact that they have family helping them in and out of the building. I have been there twice in two weeks and witnessed your parked vans not move for upwards of 2 hours at least. You should be ashamed of yourselves and hope for all of you that you don't have to experience the same ignorance as you show others in your community

I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking to get your motorcycle key cut. All the places in Toronto charge way too much or simply refuse to cut (even if you have your own key). These guys got it done in 5 minutes and only charged me $5. Very nice and honest people working there too. It's worth the drive even if you're from the GTA.

In a crisis situation, being locked out of my home with my infant baby and calling around to several places that may have been only a little cheaper, DRL was efficient, professional and expedient, came right away while other places wouldn't even fit me in for hours given my circumstances. Came back from a lovely 2 day mini break to find "someone" had accidentally locked the door handle lock that we never use. Called these guys and they had some there in 15 minutes to fix it. Price was reasonable too.
