We use Aim Lock & Safe for all our business security needs. They are prompt, efficient, friendly and reliable. I accidently locked myself out of my office, they arrived within minutes and had access shortly thereafter. We have moved offices and they installed new locks and provide keys proactively. Their pricing is very competitive. We do not hesitate to refer them to anyone who requires a good Lock service.

I am not impressed with this company. I phoned once to ask for assistance, I was told they would look into it and call me back the next day. Never heard anything for over a week. I phoned a week later and spoke to Ashley, explained that I phoned a week ago about my issue and was hung up on mid sentence.. figued that maybe the call dropped... so I phoned again. She picked up the phone, I explained that I had just phoned and that maybe the call dropped.. and again mid sentence.. hang up.. so I called again and this time it went to Voicemail.... I can only imagine what their actual service is like if I can barely speak to the receptionist. People only phone lock smith's in emergencies... SMH.

I took a big breath because I had to calm down to write this review. I had an eviction that had to take place at "x" time. Aim showed up at the scheduled time. Fantastic. The sheriff had some "issues" getting the tenants out. Aim was patiently waiting through the whole process with us. No complaints, no nothing. Bill kept mentioning words of encouragement and kept us positive throughout the whole situation. They changed the locks, fixed the latch etc. and had the best customer service ever. I mean it! I will definitely find excuses to refer these guys and would definitely hire again!

:Would NOT recommend this company.Am Lock and Safe Ltd in Milton , Ontario,Canada Our company ‘s experience with them was a hassle and a headache. They proved themselves as Unprofessional, unorganized, untimely and overpriced. One of our branch managers contact the mentioned company for one specific lock since the google reviews raved about this company, which could be just their own way of advertising! They told our manager the lock takes one month to arrive so they were told to call to make Arrangements when one lock arrives to call and notify us to make appointment to change this one lock when it arrives . They called one of branch managers at one of our facility in Milton where the lock was to be changed back and arrangements or appointment were made. Great so far... A month later .... On a day - not the arranged appointment day but another day , they show up to change lock after walking into our facility unannounced, with no appointment while both managers of our facility who were in a meeting at our missississaugua branch who made appt with them were away. So after walking around our facility with our security personnel deciding to take upon themselves to pick which lock to change not knowing what lock to change , they leave. When next day - the actual appointment day , our managers call them , they demand an overpayment for their work for the other day they decided to show up unnoticed and wasted their own time. Finally when our facility manager made the third appt with them , they came changed a 10 dollar lock and stood in our facility demanding pay 150 plus or they won’t leave , that’s when we decided not to do business with this small jack and joe companies in Milton again since they don’t know how to deal and do not comprehend multi billion dollar establishments in the new Milton area. Harassment and billing for their own wasted time is not a success for any business. Not worth the headache nor the 1 star.

In this world of technology nobody uses their key for their car doors or trunks so when your fob doesn't work call Wayne. Perseverance and lubrication won and he saved me hundreds of dollars because everyone else just wanted to replace the whole lock. Thanks Wayne!
