J'appelle au numéro affiché sur le web en dehors des heures d'ouverture et par chance le propriétaire s'était volontairement rendu disponible. J'ai obtenu le même excellent service que la première fois. J'ai également sauvé sur l'installation car Jacques m'a une fois de plus montré comment faire. Big Liar. They don’t stand with the information they provide in the first place and deny everything. Went for garage remote issue last month. The person showed me different remotes they sell and recommended me not to just purchase but also get it configured at my place. And now when I went to get it, they started denying all the info they gave and moreover said they never dealt with them. There aren't 100s of locksmith on that street that I got confused.

(Translated) I accidentally put my Medeco house key in the lock of my car and it was taken. I'm calling the guy from CAA Quebec and trying to get her out, he broke the key. So I end up with a fragment of key taken from my lock. I called several garages and several locksmiths but no one could do that. So I asked a mechanic to unscrew my ignition and I brought it to Sirois. After 20-25 minutes, the Master Locksmith managed to remove the piece of broken key that had remained in the lock. I don't know the name of the guy who did it (white hair and blue eyes) but he's really a lock artist !! I would have had to change the ignition completely if he hadn't managed to get the broken key out. A big 5/5 at Sirois, the best locksmith in town for sure! (Original) Par mégarde, j'ai rentré ma clé de maison Medeco dans la serrure de mon auto et elle était prise. J'appelle le gars de CAA Québec et en essayant de la déprendre, il a brisé la clé. Je me retrouve donc avec un fragment de clé pris dans ma serrure. J'ai appelé plusieurs garages et plusieurs serrurier mais personne pouvait faire ça. J'ai donc demander à un garagiste de dévisser mon ignition et je l'ai apporté à Sirois. Après 20-25 minutes, le Maître Serrurier a réussi à déprendre le morceau de clé cassée qui était resté dans la serrure. Je ne connais pas le nom du gars qui a réussi ça (cheveux blancs et yeux bleus) mais c'est vraiment un artiste de la serrure !! Il aurait fallu que je change l'ignition au complet si il n'avait pas réussi à sortir la clé cassée. Un gros 5/5 à Sirois, meilleur serrurier en ville pour sûr!

I Do not feel this place is honest, U brought them a blank car key and did not want to cut the key because it was not his own key and he did know where came from, said it could brake his machine, LoL he also wanted 20.00 per key.
