UPDATE: to Serrurier LockMedic - please see attached screenshot of my outgoing calls. The 44 second call was me leaving a voicemail. They do NOT provide 24/7 service. I unfortunately locked myself out during a thunderstorm at midnight on a Sunday night when I was bringing the dog out. I left a VM and there was no answer, no call back, nothing. If you’re advertising 24/7 service, you should be providing it. If you can’t, let customers know in your voicemail that you’re unavailable. I had to call the police, who were thankfully very patient and helpful.
