Very disappointed! I called them to encourage the local business since I live nearby to his store in ville st-laurent. I went to ask them to change an apartment door lock which was broken in Laval and showed him the picture at their store. I have chosen the lock and cover plate everything. The worker was there 10.30am or earlier in his van and he walked inside the apartment at 10.42 and finished at 12.10 and charged me for 2 hours 190.00 and service call for 47.50. Plus parts.
