I was locked out of my apartment right before the 8PM COVID-19 curfew in Montreal, Canada. This company was highly recommended on Google, so I called them for assistance. They advised me that someone would call me within 10 minutes MAX in order to set up a repair time that same evening. After nearly two hours of waiting and a follow up call with them, I received a text message that the repair team was unable to assist me and could only come the following afternoon. As compensation for the delay, they offered a meagre 5% discount. I strongly discourage anyone from using the services of this firm.

Absolutely amazing service. We had a tricky situation where one person was locked inside without tools. The lock wouldn't open. The locksmith has arrived very quickly, guided the person on how to dismantle the doorknob, allowing him to pass the tools inside the remove the faulty lock without any damage to the door. UPDATE: To Serrurier 911: I just sent an email attaching a screenshot of the text message I sent. First and foremost: it does NOT provide 24/7 service. I unfortunately locked myself out during a thunderstorm at midnight on a Sunday when I was bringing the dog out. I left a VM and there was no answer, no call back, no follow-up, nothing. I even texted the number (since they indicate you can text at the same number). If you’re advertising 24/7 service, you should be providing it. If you can’t, let customers know in your voicemail that you’re unavailable. I had to call the police, who were thankfully very patient and helpful. Which this locksmith was not.

I have an older house and the door handle came off in the summer and then a couple of days ago my wife broke the key in the slot so I could no longer lock the door from the outside. I called and the locksmith came that night at 9 PM and within 20 minutes all was fixed with a new cylinder with attached door handle and all is now working great. The door handle was not the typical kind we see today so the fix was not as simple as one may expect. I did not get his name but was very professional and courteous. Frankly I'm super happy with the service. All done at a reasonable price. Any more issues with locks I now where to go now.
