Je ne connaissais rien du tout, mais le monsieur qui m'a servi (Normand) ne m'a pas traité comme une petite fille perdue. Sa gentillesse et patience m'ont tellement marqué, que me voici 2 ans plus tard, en train de laisser un commentaire pour cet excellent service. Normand m'a même donné un petit "cours 101" pour que je puisse changer ma serrure MOI MÊME immédiatement (je suis nulle et j'ai réussi grâce à ses instructions très claires). Il a utilisé un Sharpie pour noter dans quel sens je devrais installer le pêne dormant de la serrure - très attentionné de sa part. J'ai acheté une clé Abloy PROTEC2 enregistrée chez eux et qui ne peut être copiée ailleurs ou sans signature officielle.
