I was in a panic, being sick that day and exhausted, I ask him what do we do then? I can't stay outside like this. He tells me stop shouting I'm going to leave! I tell him I'm not shouting that I want to know how I'm going to get me out of this mess? He calms down goes to his truck, I'm afraid. I call Martin, he tells me that he will call Daniel to talk to him and not to worry because Daniel is a man who has 35 years of experience and that I am in good hands. When a person is so badly taken, we don't tell them that we can't do anything and above all we don't tell them that we can't remove the lock. There is a solution, what I had in mind was to have the lock removed from the outside was done in less than 15 minutes! The pressure dropped instantly. I write to educate locksmiths to reassure their clients in such situations. Being embarrassed outside and sick moreover, it's panicking! Despite forgetting to inform Daniel, Martin was saying the right things and that was realistic. It's not complicated to remove a lock from the outside. A neighbor and my concierge were puzzled by these comments. 15 minutes and finally that's it! I'm sure Daniel didn't have to do this for the first time. J'avais mes clés mais je ne pouvais pas l'ouvrir. Ça a pris 3 heures avant que Daniel arrive. Martin m'avait dit une heure mais il m'a informée après que j'ai appelé qu'un client avait demandé à faire installer une autre serrure. Lors de l'arrivée de Daniel le serrurier, il m'informe que Martin ne lui avait pas dit qu'il devait enlever une serrure..... Il m'informe qu'il ne peut pas l'enlever que ça doit se faire par l'intérieur..... Euh..... je suis embarrée, c'est la raison pour laquelle je vous ai appelé. J'étais en panique, étant malade cette journée là et à bout, je lui demande qu'est-ce qu'on fait alors? Je ne peux pas demeurer à l'extérieur comme ça. Il me dit arrêtez de crier je vais partir! Je lui réponds que je ne crie pas que je veux savoir comment on va me sortir de ce pétrin? Il se calme va à son camion, je crains. J'appelle Martin, il me dit qu'il va appeler Daniel pour lui parler et de ne pas m'inquiéter car Daniel est un homme qui a 35 ans d'expérience et que je suis entre bonne main. Quand une personne est si mal prise, on ne lui dit pas qu'on ne peut pas rien faire et surtout on ne lui dit pas qu'on peut pas retirer la serrure. Il y a une solution, ce que j'avais en tête soit de faire retirer la serrure par l'extérieur s'est fait en moins de 15 min! La pression a baissé instantanément. J'écris afin de sensibiliser les serruriers de rassurer leurs clients dans de telles situations. Être embarrée dehors et malade de surcroît, c'est paniquant! Malgré son oubli d'informer Daniel, Martin disait ce qu'il fallait et qui était réaliste. C'est pas compliqué d'enlever une serrure de l'extérieur. Un voisin et mon concierge étaient perplexes par ces commentaires. 15 minutes et finalement ça c'est réglé! Je suis certaine que Daniel n'ait pas eue à faire ça pour la première fois.
