I left 5 messages asking for an intervention and spoke once to the manager who promised to call me back quickly. Without news or reminder after 3 months of effort I finally changed the lock myself (thank you tutorials on Youtube). So I do not know how this company puts the new locks, but in my case they never came to my help when I needed them. Avoid if you think you need after sales service. (Original) Cet installateur a posé une serrure compliquée il y a quelques années, cependant la serrure s'est abîmée, et il ne nous était plus possible de verrouiller ou déverrouiller depuis l'extérieur. J'ai laissé 5 messages demandant une intervention et ai parlé une fois au responsable qui m'a promis de me rappeler rapidement. Sans nouvelle ni rappel après 3 mois d'efforts j'ai finalement changé la serrure moi-même (merci les tutoriels sur Youtube). Donc je ne sais pas comment cette société pose les serrures neuves, mais dans mon cas ils ne sont jamais venus ensuite à mon aide quand j'en avais besoin. A éviter si vous pensez avoir besoin de service après vente.
