My locks were installed by a previous owner. So we have proprietary keys that only these guys can change; my only other choice seems to be replacing my whole front door. They have a monopoly on my lock. I am not sure this contributes to our security but certainly sends me to them for business with no other choice. So over the past years, I have been unhappy with most interactions. I must say there was no failures or incompetence. No appointments, no guarantees, call back later...All these are the remarkable aspects of my necessary business with them. This is now public with a hope that they read this, it may improve, and my future business will be more effective. You know I just don't want to wait around all day for these guys to come to fix the door of my home for a price I can not shop for elsewhere.

I was disappointed when my key broke within six months. When I returned for a replacement they did not want to offer a replacement key or discounted replacement, they blamed the lock, and told me I would have to pay for a new one. When I explained to them that the lock was also a product of their’s and was also new, they blamed The installation. However it was them who installed it. So then they blamed me... —The reason the key was broken had to be me / apparently I don’t know how to use a key the man behind the desk explained. Which is ridiculous... and condescending. (By the way, if I wanted a key Skillshare I definitely wouldn’t come here to be mansplained). I am disappointed that they don’t guarantee their work. The Key clearly had their stamp on it and clearly the metal was poor quality aluminum. Next time I will save myself the trouble and get my keys made cheaper somewhere else. Paying the extra money and putting up with the macho “mansplain-y” staff always seemed worth it since they say they guarantee their hardware and work. But since that’s not actually the case I recommend saving yourself an overdose of testosterone and going somewhere else with better Customer service and more diverse hiring practices.... (since it seems only white men work here).
