Staff are efficient and prompt. If they can do it they will let you know...if that cannot they do not waste your time (ie micro chip auto keys) prices are fair and service is excellent! Every key I have ever had made there works....unlike the automated machines at their competitors.

Gord was extremely friendly and created a copy of my motorcycle key with the special blank I provided from Kawasaki. It took him less than a minute, and the price was nothing to complain about either! Highly recommended shop. They are now located near Walmart, Google has the location data wrong!

Had a spare key made at walmart and it didn't work on my door. Went here to get the spare key made and the spare key work perfectly. I will always come here whenever I need a key made. The staff were very knowledgable and friendly.
