I got 5 key cuts done from Kiosk Machine placed at Wallmart, Brampton location and None of the key worked. Total waste of money I even requested for a refund but haven’t heard anything back from management.

I requested for 3 keys. Machines accepted the payment and I got 1 key only then there was an error message coming up "Out of service". I was keep calling the customer service, it went on voicemail. I left few voice messages. No one returned a call. I sent email next morning explaining everything. No response yet. by the way that 1 key I got, didn't work. Worst service ever.

The keys look the right but are very weak. They can't turn the lock, except with a kot of strength and feels like they might break off inside the lock. EDIT: I was refunded for the purchase and the service was excellent.

I welcome our robot overlords. My experience with this kiosk was excellent. Very easy to use, it even gave me an offer for a free key. I made 2 different keys and my entire encounter was no more than 8 minutes. 10/10 would recommend this robot to cut your keys.

It was a nice experience although I wish there are more options for the key designs because when I tried to choose the design that I like there is no option to choose it and I settled for the options that is available on the screen, I ended up with what the screen shows.

Use this lock cutting service at the entrance at Walmart and it worked perfect for my front door key. I did try to get a mailbox key cut but it isn't in their system so most people will not be allowed to get their mailbox key if needed

This was the first time using this service at my local Walmart. The process was relatively simple however I noticed to issues. First, the form of payments are limited. The systems takes Discover cards but not AMEX which seemed odd to me in Canada. My other issue is that I had to purchase 2 vanity keys as opposed to just a standard metal key. I'm not sure if this was due to inventory running out or not either way i purchased anyway as I needed the keys.

Very satisfied with this service. I had a 1958 boat ignition key and was doubtful this key service would be able to handle such an obscure key. I had three replacement keys within minutes much to my amazement. I strongly recommend this key replacement service.

Charge For making key is very high and key made was good but it is expensive. My key was small still i got charged 4.51. For any key charge should be around 1.99 One more thing is when i was making 1 key it was showing me to add 1 extra key and get discount but there was not option to scan another key. I have to finish that transaction and have to start over for second key so was not able to get discount

Good value. Got 3 keys for $9.99 plus tax. Which is good deal. It was just your basic key. Quality is good. You can pay more and get fancy keys made also. Which is more $$ but I just needed keys. All 3 unlock my door, so it works. Didn’t even take too long to make each key. I would use again.

I duplicated my key last week, i chose a good looking design but I wasn't expecting much more than a duplicate key. I was concerned when I saw the product. It was very good looking but it looked like the quality was better than the original key. I said unfortunately because better quality might mean the key won't work cos it felt thicker than the original. Well, it's been a week and it's working perfectly no issues at all. I will definitely make a duplicate of my other keys too.

I needed to have some duplicates made of a key for a brand new storm door purchased at Home Depot. Home Depot, Lowes, Rona, and Home Hardware were unable to create a duplicate and all said to go to a lock smith. Of course all of the lock smiths in my area are only open while I'm at work. I then happened across Minute Key and to my immense surprise, I was able to very quickly get 3 keys cut for the price of 2 and all worked perfectly!

The machine wasn't working. I wanted to pay it with my credit or debit card and anything wasn't working. Staff from Walmart couldn't help because they don't know how it works. They just told me to call the number on the machine and of course during the weekend offices are closed. I do not recommend it! You gonna spent your time just waiting and in the end nothing.
