He cut me 2 keys and where the wrong blanks. He said he needed to order some. 2 weeks later after not hearing from him I called. He said the blanks where $2 each and he is not ordering a box. Waste of my time. Never recommend.

My after hours phone experience went as follows: "Hi, did I reach a locksmith company? Do you guys do after hours calls?" "Uh, yes" "Okay I'm locked out of my house and need help" "Well are rate is $150" "Okay" "$150 and I need it in cash so you should check the doors and windows around the house and try to get in" "...." "Okay well good luck with that" hangs up Needless to say, not impressed.

We have a grandfather clock and the key broke off in the locking mechanism leaving the door in the locked position. Ted stated from the beginning that he was not sure if they could fix/open the clock door. If they were successful, there would be a price, if not, no cost. More than fair! Less than 20 minutes later FIXED!!!!! One happy customer here! Underpromise, overdeliver!!!!! Gotta love that! Would definitely call Ted and his team again!

Said he would be here in 15-20 min. When I called to ask him to come to back yard he accused me of breaking into house, when I got upset about the accusation I said we could provide identification and he asked me to call someone else and wouldn't return my calls afterwards. Absolutely the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. This is loyalist lock and key and not academy lock.
