Extremely quick, friendly, and professional service. My wife and I’s combination lock stopped working on CHRISTMAS DAY and he STILL came out and got us back into our house within about 2 minutes of arriving, and had it all replaced and put back together in about 3 more. We are extremely grateful that he came out on Christmas day to rescue us, when no other 24-hr locksmith in the city answered the phone. The cost was even much better than we feared, and was totally fair. We can’t recommend them enough!

Mike is an unprofessional and unreliable locksmith. A friend of mine contacted him to fix broken locks. He replaced them at a higher market cost and they have never served the purpose as they are defective. Mike has not been reachable after taking the money despite several attempts. He used foul language with personal attacks when the concerns were addressed, and denies any ownership in the situation. I 100% agree with Dan's review where I faced a similar experience. I WOULD NOT recommend BridgeCity Locksmiths as Mike's customer service and products are very poor!

Thanks to a faulty electronic lock we were locked out of the house. It was around 10pm and we didn't know what to do so we called Bridge City. I'm glad we did! Micheal (I think is his name?) arrived very quickly and got us into the house in no time. He was friendly and the rate was reasonable considering it was a late night emergency call. I would highly recommend this locksmith. Dealing with Mike was great! He was able to answer our call right away and workout an estimate over the phone which he stayed true too. We needed an emergency unlocking at our home location and Mike arrived within 10 mins and the job took no longer than 15 mins. Definitely worth calling them than breaking a window or door down. If I'm ever in a pinch, I they will be the first ones I contact. Thanks again!

Drove all the way out to Martensville at 10 at night to help me back into my house after my key broke. They even helped me swap out the core on my lock so that it wouldn't happen again! They were very professional, and walked me through what went wrong in the lock to cause the issue. Will use again if the need arrises.

Mike was absolutely great to deal with. My wifes vehicle was stranded because of an ignition cylinder problem. He showed up within 20 minutes of my call. Removed, rebuilt, and reinstalled. I locked my keys in my house on the way to the dog park. When I came back to my surprise the spare key was not where it was supposed to be. One quick call to bridge city and they were at my door within 10 mins and had me in my house in less than 5 mins. They were super friendly and personable and amazing to deal with. I was worried about how my wallet would feel after but the price was right. Better than I could ever have expected. I definitely would use them again if I'm in a pinch. I recommend them to everyone.

Just had a great experience getting a new lock installed. We purchased a new power lock at Home Depot and tried to do it ourselves. After trying for a long time, we couldn't get it to work. When we called Bridge City for help we spoke to Mike who was very nice and helpful. He was busy at the time, but called back about an hour later and came by shortly after that. After Mike tried to get the lock working that we purchased for about 20 minutes, I suggested replacing it with a new one directly from him. He installed it very quickly and made sure it worked properly before he left. Bonus: his lock was cheaper than the one we purchased from Home Depot!!! He was so helpful and patient!!!! I will recommend Bridge City to everyone!!!!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I locked myself out of the house on a Sunday...on mothers day at 5pm "happy mothers day to me" ????. My heart sank and I thought what am I going to do, a quick Google search led me to Bridgecity locksmiths and now I will recommend them to everyone! I called and he was pleasant didn't hesitate just asked me what area I am in and my address and was at my door right away. Had the door unlocked in under 10 minutes and I was on my way to a class I thought I was going to miss. Highly recommend!

I was locked out of my office late last night and needed a locksmith. I called BridgeCity and no one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. I waited for a while but ultimately had to call someone else, and even the next morning I still have yet to hear from BridgeCity. For a place that advertises 24 hour emergency services, at least a call back to let me know you couldn’t help would have been nice. (Since reading your response to my initial review: I completely understand that you have other customers to deal with, which is why I left a voicemail and waited for a response. I feel as though when you offer emergency lock out services, it would have been nice for me to know that you were booked up for the evening and wouldn’t be able to come. The 1-star was for lack of communication, not because you couldn’t fit me in. Also, the number I was calling from was my mother’s phone as mine was locked inside of my office - I’ll let her know you’re upset she didn’t answer.)

Way to much expensive. Called them and they ask for 165 And called one other locksmith he ask for 85 Now everyone know the difference between 165-85 $80. Not recommended ????????

I don't leave many negative reviews, but this was unbelievable. I needed a key removed from a lock and a lock fixed and the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and seemed annoyed I called? When I said politely I wasn't sure what kind of key it was (pretty standard key, I dunno) he gave me attitude and hung up?? Wow.
