Today I had a Schlage BE365 keyless entry lock installed. The service was excellent. My old lock was not working very well so I called Surelock Homes around 9:00AM this morning and they arrived this afternoon at 1:00PM . The new lock was installed in under 20 minutes. Patrick, the installer was very personable and efficient and he also made sure that I was fully trained on programming the keyless entry codes etc. I am very happy with this service

Great service! I will definitely call again soon! I lost the key to my dads motorcycle. I stored it for him over the winter and when he dropped it off he said "Son, I have one key and one key only, do not lose it!" Lo and behold, it is lost... He is on his way to get it... panic sets in. Surelock comes quick and with a great knowledge of keys! Turns out this type of key couldn't be cut with a code... good thing this guy is a master!! Custom cut key in the nick of time! Thank you so much you saved me big time! 10/10 would always recommend!

Her information and attitude was a welcome comfort after a stressful afternoon, and when Ryan made the service call he was efficient, kind and effective. We moved into a new home that had 7 doors. Being new owner we wanted the locks changed. We called Mike at Surelock Homes and arranged to have all the locks replaced. The price was very reasonable, the service was excellent. The locks were changed on the date and time promised. There was some minor damage caused during installation and without a pause or hesitation Surelock Homes advised me about it and said they would look after it and they did, better than it was before. I would deal with this company again for any key, lock or security needs. The company and the staff were honest, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. I have highly recommended them to my family and friends and would recommend them, without qualm, to anyone needing their services.

I live in an older home with a quirky old door lock and managed to lock myself out. I called Surelock as soon as I left the house knowing that they may need time to arrange a technician. Mike was really understanding had someone sent over for the time I was due to arrive back home. Patrick, the service technician, was friendly, polite and even taught me about some of the features the lock has, one of which was “vacation mode” and ultimately the reason I was locked out. Their service was above and beyond, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them if I find myself in this situation again and I’ll go to them for any future locks and keys.

This is your go to place for any lock needs. They are very knowledgeable and can help you solve whatever issue you have. The selection is wide ranging including all the new keyless entry systems. This place is so highly recommended that when I went to make a key copy at the local Canadian Tire for a simple lock, they were honest enough to say they could not guarantee an exact match and sent me to this store. That says a lot. OF course they were able to find the right blank and cut the key for a perfect fit. Parking can be a little tight when they are busy but not an issue.
