Great service! Our daughter's condo deadbolt seized at 9:30PM on a Friday. She was locked in and her condo-mate was locked out. No one else would come, but Darren said he was on his way and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. Highly recommend Miller's Lock & Key!

We own a business in Barrie and the backdoor panic bar broke on a Friday afternoon and was unable to lock the door I went to another lock company in town and purchased the bar from them and asked when they could install it. I was given the answer middle of next week or they could call a man on overtime Saturday morning at overtime plus travel expenses. I call Darren and he was on a job but was their within the hour install the bar put a new lock in all at a very reasonable price. Excellent work He will be doing all our lock work at the store. Once again called upon Miller's Lock, this time to save me from being locked out of the house. Door handle broke and within the hour the handle was replaced. Darren saved me money and reused our handle by replacing insides and adding a new inside handle. Efficient and honest, why I keep returning and will continue to recommend.

This past Saturday (after dealing with the ice storm and no hydro) I came in to work to find my lock not working! As the grad girls began showing up to shop, I made 2 phone calls, one to a lock smith who couldn't come for an hour (despite my pleading that I was suppose to open in 20 minutes) and then I called Miller's Lock and Key. I explained my situation and Darren said "give me 10 minutes and I'll be there". Darren and his wife were on their way out of town and still came to our rescue! The job was a bit trickier then he'd expected, but he was able to get us into our shop quickly! A BIG THANK YOU to Darren and his wife (she helped lol) for getting us in and on track! I highly recommend them!

I also did not recieve a call back from you or follow up, which is a good business move but like you said no one is perfect and I can respect that. They didn't shòw up! Had arranged to meet them at 9.30 a.m. in Barrie. Drove down from Midland in plenty of time and waited, and waited. Called three times ... only voice mail. Messages were not answered! I had to scrmble for another locksmith, finally one was able to come but not until 5.30 p.m. A whole day wasted!

Darren came to replace some locks for us. Rather than upsell by just installing all new locks, he rekeyed the old ones and only replacing the front-door lock with a more effective one. He was quick and efficient and did a great job securing the house. Lastly, despite coming after business hours his rates were more than reasonable and we look forward to his return in the spring to replace some of the locks in the yard that were inaccessible due to the snow and ice. It is a pleasure to recommend him as the right person to call for your locksmithing needs.

We are upset and disappointed by the service we received. There was a lot of damage to our Mercedes SUV as a result of the technician trying to open the car without protection to the paint and upholstery. There are also dents on the side of the car. Upon arrival the technician was unable to get into the car easily due to the protective details in Mercedes vehicles that prevent theft. He became increasingly frustrated and impatient and damaged the car badly as a result. We will be contacting you with estimates for the damage which are looking more expensive than it would have cost to break the window and not having paid for this service.

I got a broken piece of a key stuck in my car ignition switch so there was no way to start the car. It was late at night. I called a number of places that said they provided 24 hour service but none answered. I called Miller's and they said they could come by very soon. He arrived right on time and got the piece out.
