Thank you Paul and rose for coming to my rescue yesterday after I had locked my keys inside my trunk. They were great ????????. Showed up 20 minutes after I had called, faster then I had Anticipated compared to other company’s in the area that were giving me a 4 hour wait time. It was a tricky situation due to having anti Theft on my car. It wasn’t that simple of just opening the front door and getting access to the locks…they stayed and continued trying over and over until finally they were able to get my trunk open. They were incredible And extremely patient! They could have left after getting the door open but they stuck around until I had the keys in my hand. Thank you guys because I’m not from Barrie and I was able to get home after a long day of work in the sun. I highly recommend paul and rose!!!! Fairly priced too and honest folks. Will be using them in the near future! For anyone asking it was a Mercedes vehicle that you could not put down the seats in the back and crawl your way into the trunk since the seats were bolted in. So when I say it was tricky it sure was and these guys did a fantastic job. ???????????????????????? 10/10

Was very impressed with the 2 guys that came and helped Colin and i think the other guy was Mike. When i phoned he asked what part of barrie i was in and he was a the light right by my house. He came right over which took 1 min and in 25 min i was able to start my car. The key went in but would not turn on my 2005 honda civic. After calling honda and mechanics and part stores i was being quoted 600 for ignition. It cost 225.00 but well worth it, the guys where amazing very friendly. Highly recommand this company

In this cold weather I snapped my key in the house door. I called Central Key spoke to the gentleman on the phone and within 20 mins Colin showed up PPE and all. Removed the twisted lock and repaired it. He the went to his van and cut not one but two new keys. Proceeded back and popped everything in and was wrapped up and gone in under 1/2 hour. Excellent service - professional, cost quoted up front, and quick turnaround. It was such a relief to get a second key made for my new-to-me 2012 Sonic. When I called a local Chevrolet dealership, they quoted me over double the price to cut and program a key and they claimed it wouldn't be possible to go elsewhere to get it done. It turns out that many dealerships send their keys to Paul to cut and program. The process took maybe 10 minutes in total to complete. Unfortunately had to deal with an eviction of tenants. Called central lock and key after seeing it's high rated reviews. The knew exactly what to do when I called them about an eviction. They were on time and was quick in changing the door locks. The guy helping me out was great and shared stories about other repos he had done. He knew I was at my lowest during this time and was kind and even gave me advice to be safe since I have to deal with the tenants belongings for the next 72 hours. Not to mention my only request was for a matching keys set. The guy provided me with bolts that matched my door handles without even me requesting it. I really appreciate the service you guys gave. Okay so I locked my keys out of my car.. I was in a hurry to get inside and boom I left them in there. It was almost 9pm on a SATURDAY... I was devastated and I thought to call this company first... I was so afraid they would say sorry we can’t help until monday or that they were too busy. I even said you know if its to much trouble can you come In the morning. I was not even home!! My grandma was home with broken english..... none of that lol! He said “for sure I can come now” within 15 minutes someone arrived, I e-transfered which was so flexible on their part, and bam in about 20 minutes my car was open and my keys were out! Couldnt be happier with the service i had . I locked my garage keys in my Garage with no separate entrance .. no key fab .. no working pin pad .. no nothing at all! Even the emergency unlock handle was wrapped around the frame bar .. i thought i was completely screwed .. I was contplainting driving from our office in Brampton to Barrie.... instead I called Central Lock. I was a wreck trying to explain that we needed access, inspections we scheduled .... they were calm, cool, professional and well priced. Hiring a pro is smart and economical. I have call 2 others before Central, one was busy till 10am the other...... well I will need to write a review. It is before 8 am and they are on site already!!!! I would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service and assistance I received from Paul. We had purchased a used car from a dealership that for some reason did not have a spare key. The dealership gave us a refurbished key that could not be reprogrammed. They had sent Central Lock to do the programming for that key. Once it was determined that the key could not be programmed I would have expected Central Lock to leave it to me to figure it out with the dealership but I was very pleasantly surprised that Paul stepped in and figured it all out with the dealership and Kia. There was honestly nothing in it for him at this point since they weren't going to be the ones programming the new key but that did not stop him from acting as a go between with Kia and the used car dealership. I was deeply impressed with the level of customer service provided by him and just could not believe how helpful and decent he was. I honestly think had it not been for Paul intervening on my behalf I would have ended up without a second key or paying a lot for it. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul or Central Lock to anyone.

INCREDIBLE service is an understatement! I moved into my first apartment today and locked myself out around 10pm. I called Central Lock and Key in disarray and spoke to Paul on the phone who was so compassionate to my situation. Paul then sent Colin to help and he was at my place in less than 10 minutes.
