I had a rushed morning, i had to drive my boyfriend to work for 5 am and took the liberty of cleaning off the car and driveway while he got ready. Weather was awful and i almost spun out on the highway going 60 km! (Thats how bad it was) When i left i could have sworn i had My keys, i locked the door from the inside and when i came back to unlock it i couldnt find my keys. I called five other locksmiths before i called action, everywhere said that they had 24/7 support but i still havent even had any messages returned and its been hours. Steve came an hour after i called and was literally my hero. He was cautious and he made sure that it was my house. Once he started changing the locks we began a quick conversation; He was pleasent funny and patient, he changed my locks and gave me new keys for a very fair price! I would recommend to call action first and save some time especially if you are in a tight bind, they go all over the simcoe county as fast as they can! Thankyou Steve!!!
