Wow what a rip-off. Called explained the situation. The description of this business said they provide estimates, which they did: $25 service fee+ $65-85 for opening depending on the lock. Well when the guy showed up he was like it's $185 coz the lock was complicated. Which took him 5 min or less, more like 3 min, I'm not even kidding, total of $205 after $25 service fee. We paid since we were just exhausted after running errands that day. But let me tell you that, idk how they come up with this prices coz it's nothing close to estimates, there was no replacement needed, took him 3 min from start to finish. My spouse work as a nurse and does home visits and even someone who works in stressful situations a lot, where visits much longer then 3 min, job that requires a degree, skill which means student loan to pay to get this skill, even he doesn't make this kinda money per visit. This service shouldn't cost that much. I wish I've read more reviews coz I saw same exact story afterwards in the review. Please avoid this business

They gave me the name and number of their representative and I called to let him know the situation and then I had to cancel 3 more times. I had a problem with my door after they helped me get my keys out, and they came back out, pulled my door apart, and even though it wasn't their fault for my door not working, they repaired my door free of charge. I'm not saying work done for free is an asset. But believing in your work to the extent that you'll do it to help your customer, because your work ethic is that high, is something you rarely find anymore. These are good guys/girls. Called at night because I got locked out my apartment. A worker showed and told me he would give me an estimate once he looked at the knob. He said it would be $250 and $64 of that was a travel fee. When he finished 10 minutes later he said it's $314. I told him you just said it was going to be $250, he said sorry for the miscommunication. He should have said from the beginning your grand total will be $314 today or $250 plus an additional $64, instead of making it sound like the $64 was included. I feel like I got taken full advantage of.

These guys are fantastic. I had an issue with a magnet door lock and although I was hoping to simply replace the old magnet, it was not that easy. Has to replace it, plus since it was very old I was encouraged to do all the electronics now too. The way it was explained made total sense and the price was fair so I did it. Worked out well until the very end when there was a slight glitch in how hard it was to open the door when released... I could have lived with it but West Coast said they would ask around and get back in touch. Surprisingly they did, came back the next day. That solution didn't work either. We'll be back again. Couple days later I get a call, "I think the new magnet is bad, I'm gonna bring a new one? Bingo. Fixed the issue. For LA the service was above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend this guy enough!! He is absolutely the best locksmith I came across. One of my customers got stuck outside of my office- he locked his key in the trunk of his car. I called Triple A and they sent two locksmiths that were unable to unlock the trunk of the car to retrieve the keys. 24/7 West Coast Locksmith came out and were knowledgeable and had the experience to do the job. It was great service and although it was not inexpensive it would have cost more to have a whole new key to be made. I would have had to leave my car overnight as it was the weekend if I wanted to have BMW to take care of it on Monday. Thank you 24/7 WCL for being there ! I will definitely keep you in my tool box.

I highly recommend these guys for your job. I have a pedestrian gate and wireless action system that another company started but could not finish due to the complexity of the magnetic wireless lock system and access control package. West coast came within 30 mins of my call to look at the job. West Coast undid the spaghetti wiring done by the other company, and completely installed this complex access system to top performance!
