These guys are awesome. Came to my place when I was sick and fixed my car even though it was a friday and already 1pm. I can't say expect that every time but they have always done better than expected at an extremely fair price.

I had issues with a lock box on my vacation rental right the day I was supposed to have my baby, and I had guests checking in that evening. I looked up a video on YouTube to try to fix it to no avail. I called Wayne's locksmith and explained my issue, Tony knew exactly what was wrong and recommended re programming the code. I told him I would normally take care of this myself but was having a baby that evening and he told be verbatim, "give me the address and code you want it to be and I will take care if it for you. You just focus on your needs and that baby". He took care of my problematic lockbox, recoded it and recommended a new box, since mine was outdated and wearing out. I bought one in the Wayne's locksmith shop and he told me he would install it for me and program it to my original code. I was completely blown away by the quality of customer service I was given. The level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Tony and Jeff at Wayne's locksmith is unparalleled. I highly recommend them and will be a customer for life.

Impressed! Needed a very worn key duplicated. Could have used it as a template (which wouldn't have worked well or for that long), but instead cut a key using the manufacturer's code. Very friendly and fast.

So when I have a lock problem (electronic or regular key) I go to Wayne's. Hard to find key? I go to Wayne's. My regular keys, Wayne's. If they can't do it, well good luck. Very knowledgeable and helpful and fair priced. They do safes as well but I have not purchased one yet so I don't know much about them.
