I went to Valley to find a key for my moped. It was kind of an obscure key. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend going there for all of your lock and key needs.

I was looking to get a key made for a filing cabinet. They were very knowledgeable and kind. Even though they were not able to find an exact copy they gave me a couple blank keys to test out knowing that they would most likely not get them back. Unfortunately neither of the blank keys fit in the lock.

Warning! Stay Away! The old woman behind the counter quoted me $20.00 to cut one key for my 70's vintage car. The process to cut a key takes less than 2 minutes! OUCH! The arrogant "I'm smarter than you" attitude I received was also included with that $20.00 quote. This is a textbook example of price gouging.

Valley Lock is the best. It is great to be able to use a local company and to support a local St. Charles business. They offer excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable and offer up great solutions. I have had the opportunity to use their services on many occasions for both residential re-keying/lock changes/keys duplication and commercial for larger scale projects that required master keying, etc. They are prompt, courteous and reliable and I would highly recommend them.
