Got locked out of my apartment for hours into the evening, in 34 degree weather. Gave them a call and said they'd be on the way in about 30 minutes which is nothing and got there in maybe 15. He did his magic, and in about 12 seconds i was inside. Both the person on the phone and the serviceman that came were so kind and helpful. I stopped by during normal business hours. The receptionist was on the phone and had the door locked. I was made to wait outside until she finished her phone call. I gave my contact info and requested someone to come to my house 1 mile away from their store to open an old car of mine (1969). After a week of not hearing back I called them. I was told they were not going to bother looking at the car and to take it to a body shop. I just needed someone to use a slim Jim and open my car for me.

One of our drivers where I work, lost the only key fob we had for our 2019 Durango I called the Locksmith company. The phone operator Gwen was the most pleasant, helpful, and delightful person I have ever dealt with on the phone. As first impressions go it was the best. I was really happy with the service that I received today from The Locksmith Co. Eric, the owner, met me in a mobile van which was very convenient. The office set up the appointment for me several days ago so I could plan for it. I needed a duplicate for a 2003 Jaguar which has a very specialized round key that most locksmiths can't cut. Eric was able to make a duplicate in about 10 minutes. The price he charged was about 1/3 of the dealer cost. Eric was also able to just clone the key rather than wiping out the current codes. We have a lost key and this will allow us to use if we find it. I highly recommend The Locksmith Co.

I came home one night found that my apartment had been burglarized. My TV was gone and so were some other items. The lock on the apartment door had been broken and the security chain snapped off the wall. It was a mess! I called The Locksmith Co after a friend recommended them. They sent a locksmith within the hour (even though it was after midnight) and he replaced the damaged lock and fitted a new security chain. Wonderful service, came to my house to make a duplicate of my key. They offered to do the cheaper recasing since it was really just a crack in the key fob that make the key portion slip out, however I wanted another key fob anyways. They were professional and nice. I called the locksmith company about a month ago to get another key for my truck. I had a flip key that had broke off so I couldn't put it on my key ring anymore. I called them and asked them if they could do it. I sent them a picture of my current key and set an appointment when I was at work. They were very timely and getting there when they said. On March 18, 2020. I locked myself out of my home. Guy came from the locksmith company and to let me in however he damaged the top lock pad on my patio door ( How do you do that when you are supposed to do a professional???!!!). I have left numerous of voicemails and made numerous calls and no responses at all for them to fix what they damaged. DoNOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!! You will be paying more money to replace the damage that they will create!!! Don’t do it to yourself. Just go with someone else.

DO NOT USE . Paid to get my key fixed. Okay they came it was a guy with a swastika tattoo on side of his head and a woman. Both was very rude and demanded my money upon arrival. They where supposed to fix my broken key fob (not) a key copy. Instead they make a cheap copy of JUST THE KEY FOR THE IGNITION. And put my whole original key fob to lock my doors in a baggie and left it in my cup holder. When I called to complain to the owner I was disrespected and hung up on multiple times.

I had a similar experience as TRAP ROCKY about 2 months ago. I asked to have my key fob replaced. The "tattooed tech" (can't remember his name) basically rebuilt my key fob. The price seemed fair at the time until it came apart and quit working. I called to see if they would warranty it. The guy who answered the phone was rude and condescending to me. I usually don't post reviews but I feel like the public ought to know how this company does people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not nice and DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK !!!! :(

0/5. Would not recommend to anyone. Called for a "estimate" on cutting 2 vw keys and programming the remote, but without the remote start feature (which I need). That's not a problem, if they can just cut my key. Well, to cut and program 2 keys they gave me a $700 dollar estimate. When asked if they can just cut the keys I need, the response was a resounding no. If your looking to get ripped off, look no further.

Aug 6th 2020 lock myself out of my car, so I thought... called Scott, he was there in 15 mins. As he goes to help me I happen to pull my door handle and it opened..obviously didnt lock myself out. My handle I guess was jammed by something...felt bad for the guy coming all the way out so I gave him 40 bucks for the inconvenience..he even sprayed my lock mechanism with lube just to make sure it wouldn't happen again.. very good locksmith and very friendly highly recommend. ????

I'm not the person that type bad reviews and if I have something to say, it will be positive. But this will be an exemption. 2 technicians came to my house to make a key for my car because I lost the key (Infiniti G37s 2008) working perfectly just missing the key, everything was going ok and they were able to start the car. Later they did something that they don't even know what was it and the car was not accepting any key. They call the owner/boss that had more experience. He came to my house, tried to fix what the other 2 guys did but he did not find what was the problem. I told him to undo whatever they did and leave the car how it was before but apparently they don't know how to do it. The windows went down and now they don't go back up and the owner/boss got mad at me because of that, turn around without any explanation and walk away! I give them all the respect that they deserve and this is what they did. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Amazing response time!! I am an Allstate agent and one my insureds called me frantic because his wife accidentally locked their baby in their car. I called and spoke with Eric and he advised me that he could be there immediately and unlock the door for free since a baby was inside. It took about 6 minutes for Eric to show up and unlock the car for them. I highly recommend this company for your lock smith needs!! 5 star for sure!

Your tech EDZ was sent out yesterday to make a key for a 2001 ford expedition. Upon my husband arriving she handed him the key and left quickly. She never tried it to see if it worked. My husband tried using it and had to manipulate it over and over to try and get it to fit. No only did the key not work, but she didn't program it. My husband contacted the company in an effort to have the problem fixed, he was told that the ignition in our vehicle was bad and that was the problem. He was told it was not protocol for the tech to not try the key and they would see what could be done. Unfortunately after 24 hours of no response from the company, we decided to move forth with another company as this was time sensitive and we needed a key made. Another company came out and made the key no problem. He once again contacted the company to let them know if was infact a bad key that your tech made. This company refuses to refund us for a service that was done incorrectly. This is not the first time we've had a problem with this specific tech and will never use or recommend this company again. recommend this company again. and since I can't respond to you on Google, your tech had the key cut when my husband and children arrived at the location. She took his payment while he attempted to try the key and it wouldn't work. She said " you just have to jiggle it" after a few minutes he got it to turn the ignition but wouldn't start the vehicle. She then got in the car and left. None the less a new key was made by another locksmith and the car worked fine as I knew it did. You can't use a waiver as a cop out for poor servicem
