Hourly charges for onsite visits are not commensurate with the amount of work actually completed. Basically the guy was on site for several hours and did not accomplish very much and the left me with a big bill. I know that people need to be paid for their time but there was really minimal work done for the size of the bill. The fee ended up being close to $300 per door. They're fine to do the work in store but I was really unimpressed with their offsite work output. I would think that there might be an adjustment for the outcome from the work but there was not.
