Billy was efficient and very helpful in switching out all our locks in our new home. We missed a lock and asked him to come back during thanksgiving week and he did. Changed out the lock and adjusted another lock for us at no extra charge. Very pleased with the professional service!

Palmer Lock and Key was fantastic at solving my problem. Dealer wanted to charge me nearly 1000$ to replace/reprogram a broken key fob, and needed my car towed there. Dealership was terrible with communication, terrible with pricing and terrible with the quoted time to repair. Bill and staff at Palmer Lock and Key, on the other hand, we're completely opposite. Their communication was perfect, they took the time to listen to my issue clearly, asked all the relevant questions needed to do the job once and do the job right. They were super quick with their service, came out to my location for a VERY REASONABLE small fee, and totally took care of my issue swiftly and professionally. They even surprised me by going above and beyond and provided me with two complimentary keys for any "just in case" moment I might one day have. Totally recommend, and will absolutely recommend them to others.

Went there to have a key in fob programs they are unable to get keys program to car and got car stuck in theft mode had to have vehicle towed away to another locksmith who figured it out in about an hour this company told me it was a bad computer in the vehicle the locksmith that fixed the problem said that the shop used the wrong chipped key for this vehicle overall the staff here are very friendly and they didn't charge me for any of the work that they did but it wasn't inconvenience

Called at 10:30 this morning, set up an appointment for tomorrow, Billy called a few minutes later and said he had an opening this afternoon. Re-keyed two locks, replaced a doorknob, and made 4 copies of the new keys in 20 minutes. He wore a mask (covid 19) social distanced and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. 11/10 would recommend to anyone. Great, quick service!

Whom ever was the person working today. Hats off to you man. He was quick, knowledgeable, wasted no time. Literally dealt with me and 4 other customers needs (23+ keys) not to include the vehicle problems he took care of all within 20 minutes it seemed before and after my transaction.
