I called to book and in booking I asked for the price and method of payment. I was only told of the "service call fee" $29 apparently. He was absolutely rude for half the time and when I decided I no longer wanted the service, he said there's a minimum of $77. It was only after he was done ripping me off $130 for drilling a hole in my door that he became polite. A drill set costs 60$. Do not waste your time.

I got locked out of my car in Richmond . He came as I was at work and I couldn’t pick his first call but I called him the next minute. He was furious and said he would need to charge me more . He made me the key but he was furious and angry the whole time like he was doing this stuff for free . In the end he charged me $336 for opening a Honda Civic 2005 . I believe all his other reviews are fake as he was not professional at all. I asked other locksmiths later and they told me this could be done with way cheaper price. I don’t even write reviews but just for this guy I needed to. “What a scammer”

*Customer ALERT** Stay Away Inconsistent with the quote he provides in the beginning. He demands unnecessary charges. When asked for refund for a key that doesn't work he offered half of what I originally paid. Unprofessional, dishonest and arrogant. Please don't waste your time and money. Stay Away

Needed some keys programed for my car and I chose them from seeing other positive reviews and they offered the best price for what I needed done. Raz was the employee I met and dealt with. Don't waste your time with this company. We had used them in a jam and needed to bypass the lock system. The rates quoted to us on the phone was different once they arrived. At the end, nothing special was done outside of what I could do with a drill and was charged $300. This is a ram and jam company beware at your own risk!
