Will not recommend. Had bad experience with Richmond service. He ended up ripping the door lock/handle with a wrench after picking the lock for at least 15-20 mins. He did not inform me first and argued that the lock was broken before he came (it wasn't broken but simply locked with missing keys) and that the lock was "made in China". Need to improve on communication and customer service.
