Had the absolute nightmare experience of accidentally locking my dog and my keys inside the car on one of the hottest days of the year. After 911 provided no help whatsoever, Mr. Locksmith was called. Michael gave helpful guidance about covering the car and keeping it cool while we waited, and got there extremely quickly due to the circumstance. Opened it shortly after arrival, saving my dog's life (happy to report after lots of water, my boy is completely fine). Eternally grateful to Michael and his quick service!

Lost my motorcycle key while riding early this morning and didn't notice until I stopped for gas. Luckily I had enough to get home. Emailed them via the form on their website and got a response within 5 minutes. By lunchtime the same day a guy had come by my home and made me two spare keys after checking my ID and registration. I also got the code so I can just swing by their shop if I ever need another spare. Oh yeah, all this happened Easter Sunday! Great fast service!
