Randy is very good as his job , but only when is actually coming to do the job. Many calls over 2 days , he was busy, he is not returning the calls and finally I got tired calling him and waiting . Terry, this is not a competitor, but a lost customer because of no show from Randy. Maybe you should train more guys for automotive, one is not enough.

We used "24hr Mr. Locksmith" (mrlocksmithburnaby.com) to change our locks when we moved. Nick was helpful in answering my questions, offered different locks without a hard upsell, rekeyed our 3 locks to the same key, and gave us 5 keys. It cost $175+tax. Years ago, I had a single lock rekeyed in the middle of the night by another locksmith for $160, so Mr. Locksmith might be a bit pricier. It's not easy to price compare.

Mr Locksmith did an excellent job handling the situation with a client who has dementia. They were able to get to the site quickly and efficiently. They fixed and replaced two locks and door knob while also fixing the door itself. The service man was very patient and friendly with the client and provided quality care. Randy is very very knowledgeable. Broke a chip key for my 99 infiniti qx4(wouldnt start as a security feature) and he saved me a tow trip to the dealer and was $100 cheaper. He comes to you and has all the right eqiupments and tools. If he cant help you he will point you in the right direction. Was very impressed, he will be my first call if I ever need help with automotive locks, keys, fobs, ews, immobilizer issues.

I was having an issue with my car's ignition. The darn thing would not turn to start the car. This had happened a couple of times before , but this time it was toast!! I contacted Randy and he came by, had look and got right to work on it. It proved to be a difficult fix, but he poured his heart and soul into the job. He removed the cylinder, which proved difficult, but in the end he had the cylinder replaced and the car's computer set up for the new key. The charge was MORE than reasonable. But Randy's dedication to his craft and his mastery was absolutely unmatched! I thank Randy SOOO much for the time he put in to fix my vehicle. Still running today thanks to Randy!! Car was broken into and my partners keys were stolen from my car. His car was stuck at a parkade. Randy came to meet us with in the hour, unfortunately due to issues with the car Randy had to find a different way to get a new key for the car by contacting the manufactur for key codes. Took a couple of days, however Randy was willing to help us out even though he wasn’t able to do it the first way. He met us with the code and made us a new key and also provided us with the key code for future reference. Randy will get the job done and he is a pleasant person to talk with. Pricing is also fair considering I called 2-3 other auto locksmiths and they wanted $350-$450. We pod $280 with Mr. Locksmith

Amazing service. Saved me about 800. My ignition cylinder went bad. Honda said 1000 for the job. Plus me towing it to them$$.. Called Randy, he was very polite and proffessional. Came the following day to my car and fixed it in about an hour. Drove it home today and works like it was brand new. On top of that, he programmed me a new key as my car has an immobilizer and it works like a charm.. Fyi honda told me they are the only ones that car do that.
