I made an appointment with them for 4:30 and I called twice to make sure it was still scheduled. They said everything was still on. At 4:30 they called and cancelled. There company van drove right past us so I called and asked what heppend. Marty got mad and was being very rude and hung up in my face. I would never recomend them to anyone. 0/10 service.

As soon as I walked in there were smiling faces greeting me and ready to help. Even with another costumer ahead of me they assured me I would be serverd quickly. Once I got to the counter I asked my questions about my car key and was given a wealth of information! I was able to get the answers and key I needed all in one visit. I lost the keys to my rental property hours before a new tenant was set to move in. (OOPS.) I called Marty’s and their rockin’ locksmith Tiffany was at the house within the hour. She disassembled 6 knobs/deadbolts in a flash and had them rekeyed and working in no time. She gave me advice about how to extend the life of my current locks, and was just generally super professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

My uncle said his truck was broke into while over there. I called and spoke with the secretary. She was upset about the incident, but she did have Mr. Marty call me back later in the evening to speak to me. After speaking with Mr. Marty, I know it was my uncle giving me the bull. I have been in the auto industry for over 20 years, and Mr. Marty was very professional, and assured me that if any thing was was taken from my uncles truck it wasn't taken at his shop. I caught my uncle not telling me the truth. Mr. Marty is good people, and I am sorry he had to deal with my ratchet family! I am embarrassed that I even got involved with the incident. Mr. Marty is just like me, just wants to work, take care of his customers, and get his bills paid! Two thumbs up, five stars for Mr. Marty!!!

Mr.Marty helped cut my key when a bunch of others said it was impossible. It took a couple tries but on the second try he nailed it and now I have two keys for my car. Thank you for taking the extra time out of your day to make sure that my key worked!

Locked our keys and turkey in the trunk on Thanksgiving day. Gave Mr. Marty a call and he was there in about 45 minutes and had our turkey back in another 15. Very friendly and professional. Definitely our new go to if we lock ourselves out of anything again.

Daughter lost key to car called Honda and cost 120 for new key plus need to tow car. Called Marty’s since in Hammond and he wants 280-300... that is totally not acceptable. Talk about taking advantage of someone... very sad you Chose to take advantage of people .. Because no tow charges it’s ok to rip someone off? Honda only wanted 120 for key and programming and 75 for tow so how can you say no tow charges ???? RIP OFF
