There are 71 reviews before me. This is my second time coming here, then I got to know the owner Amir and his wife a bit more. First time was a quick in and out, made a copy of an auto key. This time around, I took a mailbox key, a room key, a locker key, a truck key and a remote. After 30 min, I walked out the door with a big smile on my face, my problems were all solved and had a good feeling because this is a good local small business where I just supported. This is a much better place comparing with HomeDepot, Canadian Tire or even Rona, those big chain stored started using a fancy computerized machine which never worked for me. Anyway, check them out if you are in the area. Cheers and stay safe!

I had an issue with my Mercedes Benz key fob not starting my car completely. Got a few quotes from The dealership and other mechanic shops, saying that it can be over a thousand dollars for 2 keys. I found this shops ad on an Instagram ad, and contacted them. He filled me in the same day for an appointment. As soon as I got there, I was greeted with kindness and super polite staff. They let me know that it may be a problem before they jumped ahead and did anything. They broke down what the cost maybe for my situation and my options. Turns out, my previous replacement fob got damaged (or was just poor quality) and they diagnosed that it was the key. I purchased 2 upgraded replacement keys programmed very quickly all for half of what other shops and the dealership quoted me. I highly recommend using this shop for all locksmithing needs. I will be returning to them if I ever need locksmithing needs. They also have safes too!

They had the lowest price than anyone ( one third what the Chrysler dealer wanted) . Their technology they used in making the duplicate FOB shocked me ! Great place , great service , great price !! I have been trying so hard to find a auto locksmith that would cut a key for my 2006 QX56. We got it used and only came with 1 valet key and a alarm system remote. The doors lock automatically and the previous owner would have to call a tow truck to unlock his doors every week. Out of all the locksmiths I've called...they were the only one that were able to do it. I got two keys cut and reprogrammed at an awesome price. Dealer quoted me $800 plus labour and cutting costs. (Dealer said id have to first order the keys and remotes, then have them cut and programmed as the originals...thennn i can get a remote with built-in key) These guys were able to do it on the spot for half the cost, and i didnt need to order 1000s of things before I got what I needed! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GUYS!! YOURE A LIFE SAVER!!!

On Website, it says $35+ for opening the door. Asked on the Phone, its $65+, depending on the work. Came to house, quoted $250 because the lock was "Commercial". Finished the job less than 20 mins. Added another $25 for after-hour service charge. Totaled $275. Would have added taxes too if we didn't pay in cash. So yea, expect to pay north of $275 for opening doors folks.

I messaged Shani through Facebook market place. Her ad stated they will beat any price by 10%. I had received another quote from another vendor on Facebook which was less than Shani’a price. So I asked if they would beat their price. She asked for screen shots of the conversation. After I sent the screen shots, she got very defensive, said they are probably fake keys, and the would damage my cars computer, that she has a shop and doesn’t work out if a no frills parking lot. Then when I asked if she would honor her ad, she proceeded to block me on Facebook. Very good business practice. If you would have explained politely that you can’t beat the price as it’s too low. I would have been perfectly fine. Or don’t advertise a price beat guarantee. Side note, I found a second vendor with a better price as well. I have screen shots of the convo if anyone doesn’t believe me.

Tired several places to try and get a spare key cut and a key fob programmed for my 04 RAV4 and sadly was turned away and was told it was worth more then I’d gain With the fob. We needed to change a few locks in our house, it was a little bit of a tricky situation because the hardware did not match. Eric came over and was able to change the locks for us. Here is the reason why I feel that they deserve to recognized. Eric originally put in a piece that didn't exactly match the hardware. I think this is because we had an unusual lock. I told him I didn't love that it was a different colour and he said if I had an issue just call him and he will make it work. The next day I looked at the lock again and decided I really wanted it to be the original colour. I will be honest, a part of me didn't think he would respond to my text - sure enough he did. He came over at a time that worked for both of us and changed the piece to a colour I preferred. To me - this is true value, someone who is willing to come back after the job is done and make a change to ensure the customer is happy.

Not fully satisfied with the service. Trunk button doesn't work. I reached out to them through Marketplace and found the price to be good for remote with key, i even sent original key pic to confirm that they will give duplicate but when i went to the store, i was told that the remote will look different and the trunk button won't work and you would have to pay 3 times more to get the exact replica. I had to compromise on the trunk button as i came from far and just wanted to get over with it.
